Unless you understand how the hamstring works and it's affect on Seating.
The Hamstring, the tricky guy, is a multi-joint muscle. Meaning what you do down in the knee joint will affect the hip joint. Madness.
And when we sit for prolonged periods of time, our hammies shorten. So stretching them with elevating legrests will likely cause the hips to slide forward.
Also, elevating legrests need to articulate to work because the muscle is now out of contraction and becomes longer. Not all articulation on chairs are the same. Check it in the trial to make sure it suits your client.
And Don't Do what Donny Don't Does by saying 'yeah add elevating legs without trialing it'. I'm still scarred by 7 years ago Justin the rugrat.
