I've always love using the bargello technique in fabric and paper crafting projects. Love how you added the foil to make your beautiful ring cabochon. Would make a great pendant, set of earrings or even a bracelet if you have enough of the beautiful pieced polyclay sheet. Anxious to try. TFS!

Great.techniques! And I love the idea of storing 'bits & bobs' of clay in a photo album. I will be moving soon, that trick will enable me to store various clays without worrying about a box being tilted by careless movers. As always, TFS!

LOVE the look of this! I definitely want to try it! Where can I get these mylar foil sheets? I have searched Hobby Lobby and Michael's but Im not sure the foils they have there can be used with clay, since they required an adhesive spray. And the mylar foil I find online has only been big sheets of plain colors for gift bags haha.

Thanks for a great video. Bargello is an Italian word and is pronounced with a soft G - like jello :-)

Yes! That's how I learned to pronounce it too back in the 70's while in college studying textiles. But it's almost like "shjello", softening the j a little in jello.
