Now I worry that my Grandchildren are missing out on all the fun we had.
Raised in farm country you learn a lot quickly about life and living.
I wish I had never left, but I'm glad of those lessons too.

Malgré que je ne sois plus ni pratiquant ni croyant, les "Mormon Tabernacle Choir" font parti de mes airs des Fêtes depuis plus de quarante ans. Je les considère comme la plus grande chorale de la planète. Ils ne sont pas là pour donner un spectacle, ils sont la pour donner des "concerts", et de la façon la plus grandiose qui soit. Bravo.

Well, I've listened through all the Christmas videos. I'm grateful for there being posted. I'm also very grateful for all the talent employed in each broadcast. Of one thing I'm tired, the many times Gloria in Excelsis has been used. Wilberg is sure getting mileage out of that one. By the way, the Schoenstein in the Conference Center sounds fantastic.

At this most holy season when we celebrate His birthday, may all people of good will be just members of one big family, join together to celebrate and share that peace that He came to bring into this world. I know that others will disagree (and perhaps for good reasons) but I wish that for one time of the year may we ALL put aside our religious differences and simply concentrate on the unity of God's people - all over the world! Race, creed, color put aside - what a wonderful world this would be! Peace, my friends.

So beautiful. I wish I was there. I live in South Africa. Too far to go there but now I feel as if I'm sitting there enjoying the beautiful music.

When I was young and beautiful I remember the Orchestra that were practicing in front of Villas Telamar called "El Comisariato" en Tela Atlántida, and now every time I hear the Mormon Tabernacle Choir I remember them. I never knew who they were or the name of the Orchestra. This is a very beautiful music so inspiring. I love my church The Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint.
I kept tearing up all through this edition of Music and the Spoken Word. The music and images are so inspiring. I could not help but feel the spirit of the season as I listened and watched. I love the way the producers of this show keep the message non-denominational specific. Any Christian can enjoy this without feeling a traitor to their own denomination. Good job and Merry Christmas everyone.

About that question: Mormons do believe in Jesus as the Savior. They also have few movies about Him, very good ones, indeed.

We do believe that Christ is our born savior. We believe that through him, all man may obtain exalted eternal life. We do not believe that this eternal life can be obtained by simply believing in Christ. We believe that we must act upon the commandments given to us from God and by participating in sacred covenants that are provided in our faith. I hope that this answered your question. :)
+Laura Beth Conrad Laura there is a lot of misinformation out there. Christ and his apostles had to deal with it as well. Truth is always going to disrupted - especially these days. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints believes Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World and there is no other name under Heaven that we can be saved. He is the Son of God and through him and only through him can we return and live with God again. I for one am grateful that our Father in Heaven loves us so much that he sacrificed his Beloved Son so that our sins would be washed away through he redeeming blood. Yes, Laura the "Mormons" believe in Jesus Christ!

Didn't Gordon Hinckley teach Mormon Christ is different Christ than Traditional Christianity .I agree with Gordon since Jesus is not are spiritual brother but God from Eternity .
