I love this guy and this is how I speak to my friends now. "Ok friends, time to get to work on our next project!" They think I'm crazy, but his "OK friends" is emblazended in my mind now.
Awesome Video. I need to do the tranny mounts and this pass side engine mounts. Cuts into nap time. Retired in Florida. Thanks for showing show its done! Nice video.
I'm here because I couldn't get the old serpentine belt out from under the harmonic balancer. My first thought was that the motor mount was bad and had let the engine settle too low. Judging from this video, I'd say that's a possibility.
I realize this video is two years old, so a comment isn't worth much. But how you had a straight shot to the 18mm mount bolts with an impact *without* taking out the control arm is a work of sorcery. I literally *just* did this repair on my mom's 2005 LeSabre and there was *no way* I could get an impact in there. Also, the access to the 15mm upper bracket bolt was *completely blind*, and again with no way to get an impact in there. How on earth you got a clear shot to that without having removed other components....more sorcery. Sure you guys weren't doing some other suspension videos on this LeSabre and just kinda neglected to mention where intervening components reside or may have been removed?

Thanks so much! This vid made it very easy to do, took me almost two hours but that's working on the ground, Ryobi impact 🤣
I had to change mine because the car would shake under acceleration between 40-60 MPH but it would stop if I was coasting in the speeds.
Yes I had one today which was so bad I could keep it in the air while not even pushing the gas. If I revved it twice quickly.
Quick fast and sufficient 🎯👏
Great video! Thanks for sharing.
My 2001 Buick park ave doesn’t have that bracket cover that you removed first would that cause stability issues
Do you need the 2-peice bracket on the motor mount
I have a 98 Buick LeSabre and I can't find a tutorial to replace all 4 motor mounts any help? Thank you!

Do you have a part number for that bracket on the mount
How many mounts do these cars have? 3 or 4?
Three motor mounts and one transmission mount
!!!thnAKS
Could this apply to a 99 century?
I need a part no. for that big piece of shit bracket that spans between the mount and the block.
Not really the best way. Just did one today at the shop. No need to remove bracket on Pass. side. Also discarded the giant metal thingys.
