- The sheriff of Bexar County, Texas released chilling details about the final moments of a 3-year-old boy's life before his mother killed him. Law enforcement searched for Savannah Kriger and her son, Kaiden, after receiving a 911 call from the boy's father, alerting them that she had damaged his apartment and might run with the boy. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy talks with forensic psychiatrist Dr. Daniel Bober about the disturbing case and describes how Kaiden's father is remembering him in this episode of Crime Fix - a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.

She didn’t love her child, she just wanted control over the father.

PAIN. ABUSE. She had a restraining order on the father. The media is saying that the court date was a custody hearing, it was not. It was to solidify the restraining order.

Mothers are so used to getting custody of the kid(s) and ensuring the father only sees the kid(s) occasionally or not at all.
In the rare cases when they don't get their way they are more likely to have a major psychological meltdown.

And doors in courts, where all you have to do to get a protection order is claim that your husband is stalking you even though they have no proof at all because oh hey! Protection orders are not a "sentence" given out during criminal cases! So don't actually Need evidence. The guy isn't guilty of shyt, fool. No convictions. The "mom" destroyed his house and shot their toddler to death, so obviously she's on to something with the protection order. Also, you might want to invest in some common sense classes and maybe a little therapy for that habit of making compulsive deductions based on nothingburgers.

By no means am I siding with the mother or trying to downplay her crime, I just wanted to share my thoughts on this story, and this was the only way I could make that happen. I honestly think lockdowns has had a prolific affect on parent/child relationships, to be honest I think its had a huge affect on all of us , but some of us handled it better.
The amount of deaths in this manner or similar has to have increased 10 fold.

This is absolutely heartbreaking and horrific! I CANNOT IMAGINE even contemplating doing this to any of my children. Its just so sick to me. I get that there was clearly a nasty custody battle going on after what was obviously a contentious breakup, but more than the custody issue, this is a mental health issue. Any mother that could do this to their innocent and unsuspecting 3-year-old son has something seriously wrong with them. So terrible. I just can't fathom what these families are going through. Sending them heartfelt thoughts and prayers for peace and healing. 💙🙏💙

IMO when divorce & CUSTODY BATTLES are going on the courts need to handle these differently from an amicable divorce with children involved. How the courts come up with a plan to protect these innocent children needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!!!!! 🇺🇸

I have a 4 year old son and I could never ever hurt him. I also could never hate his father enough to hurt him. My son makes me want to live forever because I never want him to feel pain. I don’t know if that makes sense but the idea of my son hurting at all is too painful to bear.

Police dropped the ball. The dad already told everything. There was already reason to believe something was wrong they could have entered the home way sooner. And got to them before she did what she did. All this waiting. Ping the phone trace the calls. She was in contact with the EX. She called so much he missed some of the calls and left the text messages.
Fathers don't matter to courts or the police.
My heart is absolutely broken for this poor innocent baby. Completely unsuspecting and unable to fathom the danger. The poor daycare workers who will always regret letting him go that day and the Father who was also tortured like this. Unbelieveable and so tragically sad. This poor baby and everyone involved did not deserve this. SO scary.

Law and Crime, I’m disappointed in you. This has nothing to do with “toxic masculinity” and I’m sick of hearing that term and I’m a female. I’m surprised to hear it on this channel. Also, this is bigger than just rage. This doesn’t seem to be about the child, but wanting to hurt the father more than anything. I wouldn’t compare it to someone who does this to a spouse and themselves. It seems more than that considering everything she did leading up to it and the context of the videos.
