- The spring is finally here! Testing the boat with its new gadgets and equipment. Stayed on anchor for the first time and diesel heater kept me nice and warm all night. No luck on crabs but that was my fault for not doing it right but that’s how we learn!
Experimenting with some new filming techniques and frame rates. Filmed and edited on IPhone 14.

Not sweating all the time is underrated! sucks a bit during the winter time but oh well. The down rigger is just fantastic 🤩
not sure if it youtube or you but when you pan fast the video goes bit blurry maybe try recording at 60 fps apart from that was excellent video am just going to my yacht now to finish recording engine trouble lol
Let me know the timeline or where in the video it is. I’m experimenting with cinematic mode to give blurred background scenes but the phone doesn’t always manages that. It randomly focuses on some wires and stuff. But when it works, it’s eye candy 🤩

Never use a floating line on your crab pots !!! ( as you do here ) ! Very dangerous for other boats if they get the line tangeled in the propeller !
That’s why I made sure the length was correct. The idea was to prevent the rope from getting tangled around the rocks in the bottom. But I will definitely modify and change it 🫡
Now I look at it, I shoulda only used floating rope in the first 5 meters in the bottom. Thanks 🙏
