Tbh in a form slump like this …. When it takes you 9 or 10 balls to get off the mark you are always going to throw it away .
There is a lot to be said just for a little push and run just to get one on the board early . As an opener this is what I try and do first over . The goal is always turn the strike over twice in the first over . Fielding teams are always sort of flat footed in the first 3-4 balls because they expect it to be left or just played defensively.
The other issue you seem to be having watching your videos is you pick the wrong ball to try and access the on side with and will sky the ball , it just seems like you are playing on line alone and not paying attention to length . Ball 12 the ball you got out on was on maybe 5th stump line and slightly back of a length and you tried to access mid wicket / mid on area where you should have been looking to use the line and hit that over the top of cover or in the cover point region.

Maybe an idea for content could be a net session with a mate(s) trying to work on a few technical aspects of batting which you feel you may need to work on i.e hitting off the square. It could be good to discuss what areas you are looking to improve on and run through how you aim to address them. Just an idea but Hey 😅

When people talk about how tough it is to bat in the UK, I think the difference with you batting in England and in Australia sums it up perfectly.
No true bounce, loads of movement off the pitch and in the air.

Get oput of your head and just enjoy hitting the ball - remember you do this for fun. The run and wickets will be back as soon as you relax again. Mind, easier said than done :)

Too risky bowling leg spin on a synthetic wicket when players are trying to hit 6s on a tiny ground
Head uo brother! I was in a similar situation 2 Aussie summers ago. Made 0, 0 (got torched by my skipper) and 1 and thought cricket was the shittest thing on earth. Came out the next 2 weeks and made 2x 50 not outs :)

Was a tad annoying, even without the heading you were always going to fail with that attitude, you should be thinking you have to much talent at this level to fail, regardless of a couple of bad weeks with the willow.

Yea definitely have to not open and bat lower in the order had plenty of time but you just wanted to score a boundary every 2nd ball and swing take your time 0 rush opening, your stance is too leg side of the ball, definitely need to move over stand halfway between middle and off
