- Stanley College welcomed its first 2022 group of Apprentices in SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery from various local hospitality venues.
A big shout out to Subiaco Hotel, the Elford Bar and the Camfield Bar for
choosing Stanley College to deliver the Apprenticeship program.
This qualification provides valuable skills and knowledge to become a qualified cook in restaurants, hotels, clubs, cafés, and coffee shops. They will acquire a range of cookery skill such as:
● Workplace hygiene
● First Aid
● Health, Safety and Security procedures
● Develop cost-effective menus
● Prepare foods according to dietary and cultural needs
