I great way to test the strength of these products was to use them against each other with a second pass but flip the products by using Adams on the tire you used P&S on and vice versa to see if either browned the tire further.
I like watching a video such as this where the product is put on with no agitation or touching, because if the product does well without even having to touch it, then you can feel confident that it will work amazingly after agitation. Thanks for the video. Adams would be World Class at cleaning wheels and tires if they could just Fix the HORRIBLE Smell.
For my self I feel that using super clean on the tires and P&S brake buster on the rims diluted 10-1 in a foam cannon gives the best results for the least amount of money spent and all around better outcome. Use super clean let it sit for about 30 seconds then go over the tire with a max shine tire brush followed up by brake buster on rims with a details brush and you’re good to go.
Ive been using Brake buster for a while and I really like it. It foams well and its got rust inhibitors. The touchless aspect doesn't matter to me because I always use wheel and tire brushes. I may try out Adams though just to try.
@@jayl2414 everything’s subjective but in all honesty use P&S BB for maintenance washes {weekly/biweekly} If you need serious wheel and tyre cleaning Adams
I used the Adam’s this past Saturday and the bottle I used didn’t foam as much as yours did. I moved the nozzle around and it didn’t make much of a difference in the spray. Used about half a bottle for all four tires on my car. For me, when a tire and wheel is dirty and very brown, a cleaner that runs down more of that brown color is a better cleaner.

I have switched from other wheel and tire cleaners to P&S Brake Buster due to the extreme value of the gallon size. I agitate with a Speedmaster brush anyway. However, I recently added a foaming spray head to my Brake Buster bottle and was blown away at how much better the Brake Buster performed! The added dwell time made all the difference. While the product used to run off too quickly before, now the foam just hangs out and does some work. I really don't need to agitate any more. I highly recommend foaming the P&S.

I think because brake buster has inhibitors in it it's not the same as Adam's. Adam's is a strong apc per Adam's. I personally dont want a really strong apc used on my wheels. You should test adams against a straight apc. Try Adam's against purple power or super clean. Something along that line. No matter what at the price point of $40 for a gallon of Adam's its not worth using. You can get several other cleaners for under $20 for a gallon.
I ran out of my 2nd gallon of BB. Bought a gallon of Adams TWC. Straight i like it better than BB. On my tires I could never get white foam. Did take two passes with Adams but it was white (and red).
