To save time, stuff foam earplugs in the threaded holes before painting. Once the paint is dry, remove the earplugs and throw them out...this keeps the threads clean and paint free.
Fun to watch you guys n Mikes knowledge of MOPARS is next to none 👍👍👍
Can't wait for that Mopar to get done Mike !
Hey Blair, this is Paul Lemieux from Western mass thanks for the comment back. I’m working on a 71 Cuda and I want to do the doors off watching your show and how you do. Things has been a great help. Thanks very much keep up the good work God bless.
I remember going to the wreckers in the 70s and 80s getting car parts you don’t have far to go Mike just open the door and everything is right there lol
Loved your Netflix bit. It is one of the best car shows on social media. Im glad to see you're making new content . Notifications set to all.
Enjoying this series, the shop seems like pure chaos but i think that portrays a realistic shop more than a lot of other places would have you believe.
Editing is getting better. I love watching these old cars slowly come back to life.
60k subs the channel is growing great guys we all very much enjoy the time spent so we can join you guys in the shop and the yard soooo much fun 😊
I've used a hammer on an anvil to make the hood hinge rivot pins tighter and to keep the hinge assembly from blowing apart with the spring tension and the weight of the hood mounted on. Fairly easy repair!
You guys are doing fantastic videos. The information you give people is far superior than most other channels.
I actually appreciate your disorganization Mike - my garage looks like your shop. Misery loves company :-) I spend the first 50 percent of any project looking for tools and parts I need to complete the job …
Mike build you a bunch of shelves in there on all those stud walls to organize all your parts man so it'll be alot easier to find thing's. Great video guy's, keep them coming everyday so it makes my day alot better! 👍
connor keeping mike on track is perfect
Movin right along, good stuff 🤘😎🤘
Thankfully Connor was there to keep ol Dad on track lol Or we'd get a lesson in every part in that shop lol

Mike you are awesome. Love when you find your hidden gems in the yard and trailers. Great when you find them while looking for something else. 😆
Hey Mike and Connor! There they aren't ! Nice to have everything you need but should all be categorized . js Car is coming along nicely. tc
Luv all of every peace and all people wow mike Avery wicked ❤🎉😢😊
Mike's knowledge of all the parts is amazing. Thanks so much for sharing.
“I been looking for these forever” and “I wondered where those were”. Connor, good try keeping your dad on task! Love ya Mike but imagine how fast things would get done with a little organization lol.
I get it when you don't have the space. But the time spent searching or replacing parts, it's worth it to get more space (to a point obviously. It also takes time and effort to set it up, but once it's established it's mostly maintenance and habit forming.)
Keep up the good work guys!
Coming along nicely 👌👌
Conner your a card..lol. love how you keep Mike guessing. His knowledge of cars is sooooo impressive😎😎👍🤪😂😂😂😂😂🍀
You can never have too many parts, great work cheers 🍻

I go through that very same process when trying to find something, you find stuff that you’ve been looking for and end up forgetting why you went there
You guys rock. I am glad to see you producing on UA-cam now. For the last year I kept wondering what you guys are up too? I enjoyed all your past work. Mike you are a fountain of knowledge and I enjoy all the small detailed nuances between models of cars and years you Keep up the great work. You sure know the way around most cars. Blair you are making me want to got off the couch and start knocking out the paint chips in my truck! Well not really! Guys you know they make tap sockets they are cheap. Enjoy watching Mike run the skid steer highlight of the evening.....
Each video progresses from the past videos 😊
Love the way Mike goes `Ohhhhhhh`, when he finds something, lol
After the snow is gone as well Conor
Put a nut on your tap and use the clamps to push them in together and use a spanner, which makes life easier than the visegrip
Blair is an old school craftsman
You must get more organized.:) 😎
Those ear plugs are good for plugging up thread holes
