Kay. This course is a lifesaver for me. At the beginning of this lesson, you instruct us to access MENU from the WP dashboard. On your screen, there appears a box at the top that says "select a menu to edit", which you instruct us to change to header menu. However, on my screen, which is the latest version of WordPress, this box is absent. I cannot select header menu. What should I do?
hello and thank you for your comment! Glad to hear you enjoy the course. I couldn't reproduce this, as I just tested on a fresh install and can see the 2 different menus. Maybe your install went wrong? You can make a quick test on try.new :)
Kay. I have answered my own question. Although the box does not appear on my WP version, I noticed in your instructions that header menu is the same as primary menu, so I was able to complete the action that you suggested.
Kay, these videos are very helpful. Im new to Wap and exploring the block style of creating sites. Makes a lot of sense, although there is quite a learning curve. One thing i am hnable to find any information on is to learn how to add google ads or any ad network's code on block websites. All the videos or tutorials are for classic themes. Would it be possible for you to make a video this or guide me on how to accompish this? Thanks.
Yes of course :) You can build the course project with the free version of Spectra. As for templates, Spectra comes with the "Design Library" - ua-cam.com/video/xg_7y-_DKYY/v-deo.htmlsi=aTbixFHFjFa8OFPj&t=253
Good video. Thanks. I have to say, it's a shame each lesson is taking so long to come out. I'm new to building in Astra and Spectra, but at this rate it will take weeks to see all the lessons. I think you will risk losing the interest of people following along for this reason.
If you've never done any tutorial videos, just know that sometimes it takes multiple retakes, reshoots, and editing to get it just right. I can see why it takes the time it does having done it myself when I was in technical support.

Thanks for writing to us. We will try to add a video regarding this in the future.

Thank you for your input, please be assured we are doing our best, but creating a quality course takes time.
I agree.
