Editing effects make it hard to concentrate on what I'm seeing. It actually takes the human mind a moment after a animated transition to grasp what you're looking at and if the transition is taking up anywhere from 10% to 50% of the length of the total clip then you're really missing most of the video. it would be worth reuploading this after replacing all the transitions with just hard cuts to the clips and removing the special effects on the actual clips themselves.

Ok, I didn't know if anyone would be interested. I was a wee lad of 8 or 9. My family was on vacation at Yosemite. My sister and I had our little inflatable rafts and we were walking upstream along the river so we could put our rafts in the river and float down again. We came upon a huge nest of lady bugs next to the river. There were millions of them, I was facinated . I didn't notice that right there where the nest was, we were passing some nasty rapids, there was a fallen tree across the river and it was causing an undertow. Well we kept walking for a while and eventually put our little inflatable rafts in the water. Pretty soon we were approaching that tree and those rapids and my sister who was 3 years older than me, jumped off her raft and went to the bank. I was too scared so I road it out. I tried to grab onto that tree but it sucked me under. I was under water and helpless. I washed up on the bank a ways down right where some people were camping. I couldn't believe I was alive. I felt very lucky because I didn't do anything to save myself, I just got lucky. My sister came and found me and we just walked back to where my patents were. My chest was bleeding from where I tried to grab that tree but otherwise I was fine. Now my question for you is: do you think I am correct to blame the ladybugs?
