    100 grams of almonds
    100 grams of peanuts
    80 grams of walnuts
    100 grams of granulated sugar
    60 milliliters of water
    200 milliliters of fresh cream
    300 grams of dark Belgian chocolate
    80 grams of white chocolate
    pinch of salt
    ◾Instructions
    1. First add 100 grams of almonds and 100 grams of peanuts to a frying pan. Roast the almonds and peanuts.
    2. Next add 80 grams of walnuts to the pan. Bake for 5 minutes over high heat.
    3. After 5 minutes put the almonds/peanuts/walnuts in a baking tin.
    4. Then put a frying pan on medium low heat and add 100 grams of granulated sugar and 60 milliliters of water. When the caramel gets a brown color start mixing everything together.
    5. Next add 200 grams of fresh cream to the caramel and keep mixing.
    6. Add a pinch of salt to the caramel.
    7. Pour the caramel in the baking tin.
    8. Let is set in the fridge for 1 hour.
    9. Melt 300 grams of dark belgian chocolate au bain marie. When the chocolate is melted pour it over the caramel layer.
    10. Let is set in the fridge for 2 hours.
    11. Melt 80 grams of white chocolate au bain marie. When the chocolate is melted pour it over the dark chocolate layer.
    12. Let it set in the fridge for 1 hour. After 1 hour cut the bars into shape.

    This is amazing! I have a question. When I put cream in caramel, it curdles.. how could you manage without curdling?

      If this happend to often you can add a pinch of baking Soda while mixing.
