Watched your swatch on Nars audacious lips and picked Jane - absolutely beautiful!! Yeah they do tend to be more drying but very pigmented. Absolutely love your honest review and I totally agree on picking more nude shade than bold colours, because I can wear them everyday, with or without makeup :). The Bobbi Brown Luxe Lip Color is my favorite lipstick formula, I was searching for swatches of the new shades and discovered your channel! Love your video and swatches, they are very helpful. I have the Soft Berry and Pink Buff as well, and I find your swatches to be warmer than actual, maybe it's the lighting?
So exciting to hear that it's your favorite too! I honestly don't know why this line gets so little reviews and coverage :) Yes I think lighting (I film with a ring light) and camera may mess up the colors a bit, especially for Soft Berry. Also, my skintone is quite warm and yellow, plus my lips are naturally very pigmented, so need to take those into consideration too. Thanks for watching dear!

The moment you said you like these better than the Nars ones, I was like "uh oh I got to try these too!" Most of the colors are like Jane's sisters (I'm torn between Pink buff and Bahama Brown), and everything suit you very well! I'm not sure if these are available in PH though, I have to check :)

I love Almost Bare. I’ve been wearing it since high school and it’s my go to nude. So pretty because it has a soft pink undertone to it.

I love BB lipsticks. Seriously my favorite and I really like the way my lips look! I love the creamy mattes. I have finished two tubes --Hot and Calypso.
P.S. I love all of them on you, but Uber Beige is definitely your lips but better. Thank you for your review, and I also love Christine from Temptalia!

How about trailblazer? I couldn't decide which shade to get..either pink buff, soft berry or trailblazer?
The shade Trailblazer is actually from another Bobbi Brown's lipstick line called "Luxe Shine Intense" which is more shiny and slightly glossy. This video is on the original Luxe lipsticks, a more creamy satin formula :)

Aww I know dear, they're really all so beautiful! Honestly I'm sure some people will prefer the NARS ones, but this line just suits my personal preference a lot better :) Pink Buff and Bahama Brown are actually very similar... Pink Buff is much more nude, while Bahama Brown has a slight mauve / brown undertone! They're all much more neutral and toned down compared with Jane though
I might like them too, since I have dry and sensitive lips. NARS had been my HG since June of this year.. I also found out that these are available here in PH, and price wise, they're just a little pricier than the NARS ones.. I also heard rave reviews about the matte line, but the again I have dry lips so I think this Luxe line will agree with my skin. I'm just surprised that I don't get to see much reviews about these, so your video really helped a lot, you introduced me to another addiction-to-be haha!
And I'm just so happy that we share the same taste in terms of colors! Coral, peachy tones really agree with our Asian skintone :)
I'd also love to see a comparison review between the nars ones and these! Like battle of the favorites :)
Yes I really have no idea why they get so little reviews and coverage! Hopefully more people will know how amazing they are :) And if you have dry lips like I do, this Luxe line and another Nourishing line from Bobbi Brown (I'll also do a collection video in the future) should suit you the best...at least on the everyday basis! NARS is my all-time holy grail brand in general as well, but lipstick wise I have to give it to Bobbi Brown haha!
And yes I definitely find warmer colors like peach, brown, nude that suit our skintone the most! I really like the popular cooltone mauve / gray-ish lip looks too, but they just look hideous on me :p
+Delilah's Delights haha! well that gives me more reason to try them out as well :) though I have a constant mantra right now to "stay contented" with NARS, but lipsticks in general are so hard to resist! :p

I had to watch video twice because the colors are just beautiful and I'm so undecisive on which color to buy Bobbi brown first lipstick ever and I'm trying to get something for almost everyday wear a nude pink peach all combined in one it's a school setting with in the medical field they're so uptight and I want something natural but better type of air. I'm a bit darker skin tone with yellow any suggestions?
Thanks so much for watching dear :) Out of the 6 I have here, I think Pink Buff is definitely the safest (yet very beautiful) choice! It's such a gorgeous shade, a neutral pinky nude that is not too dark not too light, gives the perfect amount of color on lips :) It doesn't have peach in it though... The only one I have here with a peach hint is Almost Bare, but I'm not sure whether it'll be too light on your skin tone. I think Pink Buff or Bahama Brown should suit what you need dear!
Loved your video. Would Pink Buff look good on me? I have fair, cool toned skin, brown eyes and brown hair (my profile pic is old). Does the shade have pink/cool tones or is it a pure beige/warm? Maybe in real life it looks different than in the video. Thanks!!
Thanks for watching beautiful! I will say Pink Buff is a muted rosy nude with warm undertone. I have medium warm toned skin, so it will probably look quite different on us. Based on your description, I think it could pull more like a medium nude color, maybe a rosy brown-ish nude. One thing for sure is that it's definitely not a cool tone! Maybe it looks good because I have also olive skin on my neck and as well or maybe It helps balancing the cool tones on my face.
