Every oven had its preheating time such as gas oven can take 20 mins or less n electric convection had 10 mins.... So once its preheated it beeps or baar is completed shown in screen. If u keep preheating more than it require is not worth becoz oven will keep hot at required temp. In this video the food fusion didnt mention time for preheating becoz it depend on oven which u use.

I made them yesterday, reduced the sugar to 3/4 cup. Turned out great.

You don't need to adjust temperature for a different sized pan you need to cut back on baking time.

Tried this recipe. Awesome cake rusks. But i would reduce the amount to even less than 3/4 C next time. Also added 1 tsp vanilla. Came out perfect.

@@amberarts7356 I used one whole cup (granulated) and then grinded it. The sweetness was fine but keep in mind that cake rusk are generally sweet.
