I wish someone would tell her that there's much higher quality fish she can buy that's 99% as good as fresh of the day caught. Blister packaged meat is 10x better than the stuff you get on a styrofoam pad. The vacuum sealing preserves insanely better. There's also a company that sponsors streamers and youtubers that sells meat packaged this way called Sealed Air.

fasting is so easy, I feel for those that love food and not strong enough to regulate. I don't understand it beyond the chemical reactions, sure you can't function properly without food but Weightloss is the goal not being healthy and happy right? kappa
I'm not sure if they know but frying the food isn't really that healthy 🤔 steam the vegetables oven cook the salmon cut out extra oil, its still healthier than whataburger but still if he wants to do it it right but I also think doing that means there would be less flipping and stirring content 😂

In the last interview, Ed essentially makes a case for Mexico being a failed state, and that the cartel is already attempting to make the same progress within the United States.
