You shouldn't need somewhat popular UA-camrs to help with the growth of your community, you shouldn't be focusing on the growth of your community alone, get to know your members, talk, share information, and most importantly, play together regularly, that is the perfect community in my opinion, even if there is only a miniscule amount of members.
By the way, I'd be willing to join your community, I've got too many rally builds to count.

They're extremely basic lol, besides not much has to be done with the e36. I stuck a turbo on the V6, dropped the gear ratios, and tweaked the camber and its gucci
