If I was on a boat, sailing in a lake, and I heard a creepy ladies voice saying "Help me~" and I saw a creepy lady in the distance, I would be like "NOPE!" And I'd turn the boat and get out of there...
I saw video yesterday of a guy mountain biking and he crashed and heard someone quietly saying "help me " from a nearby cave and it sounded just like the bike rider. He left too pretty sketchy.
I definitely have severe thalassaphobia but that space whale was my favorite. Just swallowed earth like it was nothing. No screams, no explosions, just gone.
I feel like something about the size of a small building or some huge sea creature is way scarier than a world ending galactic being since you can somewhat escape, as opposed to a literally hopeless scenario with a gigantic being that eats Earth like a light snack.
Yeah, giants are too strong they become not scary, as there is zero chance of survival and death would fairly quick and mostly painless as death with arrive in mere seconds
I don’t understand how there would be a chance to escape from a world ending galactic being? I think both of them can be equally scary 😂 To me, the idea of a galactic being vaporizing the whole Earth or destroying it is super scary. Even if you do escape in some space ship like…you just watched the whole Earth, our home, get destroyed by some unidentified creature. Like what are we going to do after that? 😭
@@theyoutubeguide1109 you got it reversed. The chance of escape wasn't for the galactic beings but the sea creatures. The chance here doesn't mean much but we can at least have a tiny amount of hope of survival which makes the experience worse as compared to having no hope and completely shutting down all senses against the cosmic creatures.
The Earth eating Whale" really though imagine being suddenly the only two human beings remaining in the universe and then 30 seconds later being literally the only human being left in the universe... WTF
Honestly, these are insanely well thought out concepts, like the one with Cthulhu’s struggle with the Bloop, pretty neat concepts once again, and personally not having any of these phobias myself, I see these animations as really well made, not more on the fear-factor side however
I wish these were actually scary based on the actual phobia. Like Thalassophobia isn't about being jump scared by the stereotypical scary women from every horror movie while in the water.
If that ghost girl came my direction while I’m riding in the middle of nowhere in the sea I’d sing that one Ty dolla sign song “She tryna get saved she want to get saved I ain’t go save her”
I just saw your short of the giant eating the couple and it was impressive, I have an idea if you are interested - A person is in a stadium with dozens of other people, there are soldiers and emergency teams so it means that it is an evacuation point - The tremors increase, screams... the person looks at the semi-roofed ceiling of the stadium and sees an impossible figure. Then everything starts to rise - Now we change to the camera of a helicopter: we see a full shot of the giant, probably with a height of 1km or more. - He finishes rising and has the stadium in his hand; the helicopter is far enough away and records how the giant throws all the people into his mouth You could even continue and make one last camera change: this time a view from the international space station, from space you can see the invasion of giant humanities of different sizes (some are so big that they can tear entire cities from the surface)
@@mrfriendhorror I don't know if you know about the Nephilim and the Book of Enoch but it could be related to that idea Another concept related to megalophobia that I love: a scientist experiments with some form of portals but it goes horribly wrong and he ends up teleporting his entire city/nation/continent to another place... but also everything has shrunk to an impossible size and has appeared on a housewife's counter (which is why I don't like the idea of it being a planet, since there wouldn't be anyone who would still be their original size). The woman thinks it's just a stain or a bug and then she cleans it up with a sponge or something.

I think the 'Goliath' animation was the best of the bunch, it had such an interesting vibe.
I swear I saw it on SMiling friends, with some fat guys fighting over ham.
Gives new meaning to the term, "GET IN MAH BELLY!"
Retro-futuristic or Fallout type vibe for sure. A cheerful apocalypse.
T-pose of hunger and death

My nightmares are having nightmares now
Thanks Mr. Friend lol

They just had to put that type of music in the Goliath part, making it more creepy 😅
What’s the Goliath?
Okay these animations are maybe creepy, but some of them are just bad hilarious. Like the one with the giant Mermaid, definitely a smash
