Which system do you use? Which one feels faster/better for you?
OMG, I just became your fan
I wish the first system, perhaps easier
I finally got a 3 digit system mostly up and running, and I think it’s one of the best investments of my time ever! (I can use the same images for a modified shadow system, and also for a letter pair system of 676 letter pairs)
@@memorizer4941 shadow system. How to use it?
@@hallasrafik6775 So the shadow system is basically a 2 Card system (every PAIR of cards gets an image. However, the shadow system halves the number of images needed because location plays a big part in deciding what card pair it is. Sorry, it’s a very confusing system. If you want to get in touch via texting somehow I would love to talk memory etc.
I need to memorize numbers for clinical lab values in school and I am having a difficult time with all these numbers. Thank you for this video!
The Photographic Memory Method (basic)
Instructions
1. This system will take 1 month for you to develop a photographic memory, you must take 15 minutes every day and dedicate it to this training. For the first month, your eyes will take about 5 minutes time to adjust to daylight reading.
2. Find a dark room in your house, free of distractions for 15 minutes. I use the bathroom. The room must have a bright lamp or ceiling lamp.
3. Sit down next to the light switch with your book and paper that has a rectangular hole cut out of it the size of a paragraph.
4. Cover the page, exposing only one paragraph and hold the book out in front of you. Close your eyes and open, adjust distance so that your eyes focus instantly with ease on the writing.
5. Turn off light. You will see an after glow as your eyes adjust to the dark. Flip light on for a split second and then off again.
6. You will have a visual imprint in your eyes of the material that was in front of you. When this imprint fades, flip the light on again for a split second, again staring at the material.
7. Repeat this process until you can recall every word in the paragraph in order. You will be able to actually see the paragraph and read it from the imprint in your mind.
Tips & Warnings
Do not get discouraged, it will work. It has been working for the military for 70 years.
You will be developing this technique to a point where you will be able to execute this during the day, all day.
Rate this article with the stars by my screen name.
Omitting even one day, can prolong training by as much as a week.
I don’t see a visual imprint, rather a mental imprint
thanks brother
Haii Can I ask, step number 5,6,7 Should I close my eyes too?? or do it with eyes open. I hope you will answer my question ❤
@@ranitidine-n3w
While the method described might help improve focus and memory through consistent practice and visualization, it is unlikely to develop a true photographic memory. Be cautious of exaggerated claims and consider supplementing with well-established memory improvement techniques.
@@kazumakiryuu2668 have you ever tried it?? , I want to develop my memory skills
bro your voice is so calming & youre so gorgeous
I'm happy you are posting more now can't wait to learn more
Nice technique. 10yrs ago I watched the ‘Use your head’ tv series by Tony Buzan in 1974 and felt really ashamed coz how come we grew up and studied for that many yrs without knowing this simple and useful skill. Love it love internet :) btw, nice video Yanjaa
Oh wow, yeah as far as I know they don’t teach it in any of the places I grew up as part of the education system for kids
I really love learning this skill. Btw, how did you start in memory sports?

Can i use this technique to memorize multiplication tables??
mam thank you you helped me a lot Thanks I am from India
Hello, Yanjaa. Hope you are doing well. What technique would you recommend to learn all the prime numbers within 100? I'm a parent and I want my child to learn her prime numbers easily. Thank you and more success to your channel. ❤️
@Yanjaa Can you recommend a method on how to keep running counts on occurrence of multiple of different objects while they show one at a time? For example, sheep sheep cow cat sheep cat dog ... 3 sheep 2 cats 1 cow 1 dog ...
Yanjaaaa
Hi! You're great! I'm learning how to play dominoes with 4 people, it's hard for me to remember what piece was played by whom...Do you have a recommendation??? Thank you!
Like 1 min in. Yanjaa you are fucking RAD!
Madam, is there a system for memorizing books, poetry and texts, please reply
She's my inspiration, I started with flags, now I'm with the numbers, it's hard because I'm not good with hearing, but I'll make it 😂🇧🇷
You mean you've memorized flags? 🇧🇷
@@Yanjaa OMG OMG 😱 yep
@@julianacamolesi2197 woah that's actually cool.. I might actually start memorising flags and numbers and different things. This video and comment section has definitely inspired me lol
Do u use memory palace tech, can u demonstrate
Which technique would be best for memorizing let's say 12 digits and spell them backwards?
My current challenge is memorizing multiplication tables at a rapid pace. I am an accountant trying to become an airforce pilot and one of the tests we do requires multitasking. I can do most multiplication if i stop and think for a split second but when multitasking there isnt any time so I have to commit it to memory. I need any number from 1-20 multiplied by another to become as second nature as 10x10 = 100.
Having an accounting exam next week, this really saved my ass.
PRETTY PLEASE :) Can you make memorizing techniques for musical chords Easier please using (1-7) Nashville Number System on full song if you can, thanks~
That’s good 👍.
I can not put it in sequence,?
I just remember the numbers because my blood line has evolved. Best of luck to the rest of you.
nice
Can you tell us your whole memory system please? I'm just trying to improve my memory because I'm old. I'm not trying to compete.
What is the name of those headphones 🎧
Hi yanjaa &pls teach me some tips of memory yoe are looking gergeouse
I usually subscribe those channels where only 4_5 videos uploaded per month
I want know about 1 to 9 please 🙏
well done Yanjaa keep doing advance tips please
btw, what is the difference of these six images when you make 549, 594, 495, 459, 954, 945?
what are the methods for distinguishing between image sequences?
thanks in advance
It's personal for everyone how they distinguish, but for me those numbers according to the number to letter spelling technique would be something like SaRGent, (bob) SeaGeR, ReGiS (philbin), RaCinG, GeySeR, GiRlS. You focus more on the phonetic sound than the actual letter, thats why I put a C in racing, but it still sounds like an S. But you see, the order of the numbers matters just like how you would spell a word.
Thank you so much for your explanations,
i meant the techniques you would distinguish between the images
for example what is the final image for this sequence (1.chair - 2.snake - 3.shoe)?, then what would you image for (1.snake - 2.chair - 3.shoe), then (1.shoe - 2.snake - 3.chair) and so on...
im usually try to make the first image a cause for the next object, or maybe make the first one bigger or make the first image a base and put the next images above it
but those are my own approach which i think people may got better ones for sure
so my question is, what are the methods that others use?
hope you understand my question, love you bro
@@ronefana4015 Ahh that makes sense! I'm not as sure about this case. haha thats a good question!
I do know know for one solution to this problem you could check out the PAO system. You would need to make a few more pneumonics, but that would be pretty easy, especially if you are using single number pneumonics.
@@chriswestgate4934 yeah thanks,
im using 2 digit number system, im not competing i just want to use them for my school study
anyhow i feel that those memory techniques should get explored more, i dont get enough of its details
@@ronefana4015 One way is with action in the order you want: chair bouncing toward the snake, and startling it into hiding in a shoe; or the snake slithering up onto the chair, and jumping into the shoe. Like a story, with the order in the story reflecting the order of the numbers: would that do it, for your example?
Hi. I subscribed. My issue is memorizing for dance. There’s lots of modifiers to movements, arch back, hand on stomach, chest, back, turn left, turn right. Any ideas would help. Seems like a good video topic. Thanks.
The journey method would with that
6:35 in that moment when you realize how amazing this person can be xD
Hi how to slot in a decimal in the right order such as. 23,126 vs 231,26
This video it's more like "a brief introduction to memory techniques". Is amazing how hard and cumbersome it looks and the pros do this really fast and with massives amount of abstract ideas, which it sounds contradictory.
4:44 I was thinking Rubies for Super Mario
Hello mam...how can i memories faster to use memory place methos?

11 multiple defined proof it yanjaa
If you provide any coaching with premium I'll be good
Hi
But how do you even remember the abstract concepts you make up like a snake on a boat with balloons and then how do you remember to associate that as 549? Or did I just do it....
I prefer the first teqnqiue for learning trqnqiue
Woww, what a voice ..???? love you baby
do you have a Patreon ?

I need to memorize logarithms of numbers from 1-1000 to be able to solve roots
I love you please
idk about you guys but "five four nine" is much more simple than "snake on a boat held together by balloons"
Oo

I can’t even remember what I had for breakfast 😢
show this lady your credit card once and you’re done
With the number to letter system. Is there any reason to not use the established Major System and instead use a different letter for numbers except for the ease of memorizing them in the beginning?
You're saying that memorizing an image with every number from 000-999 is going to help me remember the numbers faster!? That sounds impossible and tedious!😱😭
thanks for your amazing tricks.
The shape system is better for me
How can i talk with you mam..i want to ask you something about memory.
I want to invent a system of memorizing 100 Chinese characters in a short time. Just the sound and tone, not how to write the character. anybody have suggestions?
