This prefab house has some of the nicest features you will see in a modular home and the overall size is crazy!! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Elite #10” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,772 square foot on the main level. Let me know what you think about the video! I sorta like this place. It's big enough especially with the second floor. But...that big island is too close to the other counter/cabinets. There's no way I could get my wheelchair in between without scraping one side or the other, or even both! No problem on the days I don't need the wheelchair, but I've found it's easier for me to use it when I'm cooking so I can sit down when needed. I'm not a fan of the sink being in the island either! Love the pantry though. I'd put a wood-burning stove in the living room somewhere. But, I don't like there not being a bathtub in the Master Bathroom. That means either the shower has to be replaced with a handicapped tub/shower combo, or I replace the shower/tub combo in the Jack 'n' Jill bathroom with my handicapped tub/shower combo. Either or because I need a handicapped tub. No place in the utility room for a freezer either. I don't really like having two outside doors in the utility room. Close one of them up and you have a place for an upright freezer. That room to the left of the front door would make me a great Music Studio Room! Close it off with French style doors, and soundproof it. We'd divide the upstairs in half more or less. One end would be my husband's Gym, and maybe hobby room (if he wants to divide it), and one end would be my Library Office Room, with a sitting area and gas/butane fireplace. In between we would put a half bath, so we wouldn't have to keep going downstairs to a bathroom. We'd need to put in a stairway lift as I can't climb stairs - or maybe an elevator somewhere. We'd build a garage at whichever outside door we kept in the utility room and build a storage unit in it. Probably put porches all way around house to the garage. Some enclosed and some just covered. Big porches with enough space for a table and chairs so you can sit and eat outside if you wanted to. And big enough for a swing or two. I love my porch swing in the spring and fall when you don't need a fan or any heat and the bugs aren't driving you crazy! [Our porch is covered, not enclosed, and as we rent we can't do anything about it. So spring and fall is the only time we can sit out on it and not freeze, or burn up, or get eaten alive!] Carpets in the living room and bedrooms and sitting area in the Library only.

Hubby and I are looking for our second modular home. We were just in Sanford NC on Tuesday and had the opportunity to view these homes. I promise you these videos does not do these homes the justice they deserve. You must see them in person. They are magnificent.

Although these videos are fantastic I don’t think the camera always does justice to space and size. Sometimes the “massive “ islands don’t look massive on camera like they do in person. These videos are so much fun to watch! I have learned so much! Even learned a lot about my own likes and dislikes! Who knew? 😂

As someone who is renting and hoping that one day I can own a home. Anyone who thinks your trailer trash because of your modular home is trash. I've been looking at these new modular homes for a while and they look just as good if not better than most homes. Enjoy your home not everyone can say they own one.

I would always opt for two bedrooms and another bath upstairs. It turns it into a 5 / 3.5 house.

I hope Cullen's making new friends at preschool and loves learning as much as I did at his age. Gorgeous home; the layout's just perfect. I'd like to know who manufactured the rattan furniture in the front parlor/den; it's beautiful. I chuckled a little bit when you showed the bench right by the front door; with it being next to the powder room, I pictured having a big party and guests sitting all lined up to use the facilities, grumbling, "C'mon, what's taking so long?!? We've got folks waiting out here!!"
I love this home even though I want to get out of having stairs. This is simply beautiful. And THAT CHILD! I love him the most. He is so beautiful with those cute dimples when he smiles. My gosh, he's a show stealer.

Love this home! I'd change the kitchen sink to farmhouse, hood range has to go and I'd want gas range. And solid shelving throughout this home and cabinets above W&D Not shelving. Everything else is perfect.

I remember this floorplan/house. I like it a lot. Only drawbacks for me are the vents on the floor and I'd need the stove and the sink to switch places in the kitchen.

I love this home! I saw it the first time around and I still love it. I get so happy when I see that there is no tub in the master bathroom. I always clean it as it collects dust, would rather have a bigger closet or more storage!

Love watching your videos!! I have a really strange question. I’ve always wondered why in a jack & jill bathroom the toilet and shower are in a separate room together? My thought process is this: if 2 bedrooms are sharing a bath then the shower should be in it’s own room that way another person can come in and use the toilet and wash their hands without disturbing the person in the shower. Just seems to make more sense to me. Thoughts anyone?
I agree with you 💯% it doesn’t make sense to me either! My uncle had four girls so he redesigned two bathrooms into Jack & Jill for the girls but he put a sink and commode into the bathroom together and left the bathtub/shower all by itself… I thought it was a neat idea but some family members thought he was off his rocker because they had never seen a jack & jill bathroom like his!!
I think that is so someone can 🚿 or go bathroom while allowing someone else to brush their teeth or something.

That large room off the dining area is not a living room it is the family room. The living room was the first room you were in. The locker room as you called it , is actually called a mud room.

Why do Americans Homes look large, roomy and beautiful compared to where I live (Broken Hill, Australia). I would really love the plans for this house and also the one at 1.25 minute mark with the long Porch at the front (verandah is what we call them here) the Dark Grey roof, and light grey sides and White Porch
