- Take a trip back to the nineties for a detailed insight into those wonderful rave years during the height of happy hardcore. From the early days in Clacton where it all began. Stories of being on the road, making tunes and generally having a ball!
It’s funny how they thought they didn’t really do much great tracks after Cutting Deep. Sunshine from 1999 is one of their best!! Most people seem to love that. And the fact that it was never properly released probably adds to it as well.
Yeah, sunshine, make believe high on life remix, unique remix of Breeze - I feel you all amazing. Especially the latter end of UK dance although not produced by them but stuff like, Images Of You, My Dreams, guiding light. Some of the finest hardcore ever.
Feel the passion for the this noise album I think was still high point !!. It is quite mellow and you can really hear the trance influence blue print coming in. In just needed a more gritty bass . Was tracks like that that I thought scene might hold but it had to have a couple years in wilderness.

Amazing, love these talks. Imagine a podcast having all the djs on
Check out the ROAR podcast.
Loving these podcasts looking forward to the box set coming out one love to you force and styles ❤️ xxx
Absolutely loving these. 2 tracks I'd love to hear about, but you never mention, are "Heart Of Africa" and "Senti La Passione" or are these part of the doing things for a major label and softening your sound?
Great podcast. 93 would have been DS 6,7 or 8.
I remember Tribal Gathering 96 or 97 listening to PGE in the tent. Good times.
Love your honesty about your later tracks. Although I love your remix of the Fabulous Baker Boys track ‘Oh Boy’ Would love to hear about your Essential Mix for Radio 1. That was a massive deal at the time and an amazing mix too. Still have it recorded on tape off the radio 😂 Great days.
I’ve still got a UKdance bomber jacket 🇬🇧👍🏻
Fantastic as always! Hope there's another 10 parts!!!
Only one more part to go.
WHen I walked into the main arena at DS 26 you two were playing, and I heard the music and I said then, the scene is dying badly. No disrespect intended but I said that trance influence was coming through and the happy hardcore scene was on the way out. Years later we know that the "meeting" had taken place and everyone made the wrong decision. A month later I walked into DS 27 and said i'd never set foot in a rave again. The true rave scene was dead. May it RIP. No ones fault, just the music had died, the scene was changing and the vibe of the 90's was gone.
Sometimes so heartbreaking to watch your scene change before your eyes
Love and miss you both ❤️❤️❤️xxx
Dreamscape was good, But Helter Skelter was the best 👊🏻
Dreamscape will ALWAYS be the best, when Murray had it. DS 20 / 21 were the pinnacles of rave. Skelter was fun, technodrome was unrivalled. But DS was the king and always will be. You guys played DS21 with a wicked set, but when Terry had it and it moved to Shepton Mallet, it was still great but the music was already dying.
I really liked the 98-99 Force & Styles stuff.
What set are you referring to that darren had to play the set solo because paul was to drunk?😂
In which format will the tracks on the USB be?
Both mp3 and wav
@@Dav1072 cheers 👍
