Dude, I wished you would of knew about The Ratnest which was less than 10 minutes away from the Speed Cafe. It's a really cool niche Anime, Music, and Game shop and they have a few arcade candy cabs including a wicked Namco one with a digital marquee.
Wait... That sounds extremely cool and worth another drive! It's this right? Seems like they won an award from their congresswoman too 🤯 instagram.com/itsratnest?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Thanks for sharing this with us. As someone who lives on the eastern side of the US and is unable to travel to California, I probably won't be able to ever visit the Sonic Speed Cafe. There aren't too many videos out there showcasing this place, so I appreciate you showing us the interior and the menu items. I like how they decorated the place, (I especially love the cutouts of all the characters running along at 0:23), and if I could eat there, I'd definitely go for the Team Dark shake. This is a well-edited and narrated video, and I hope your channel can get a growing audience. And yeah, the prices for the merch are pretty outrageous. The prices for the same types of merch on the Sonic Symphony store site are equally ridiculous. Do you know if the Speed Cafe will ever come to the East Coast?
Thank you so much for the compliments!! On Tuesday I'm dropping another Sonic Official Food Collab, I hope you're looking forward to it 🫡 I know that Texas is next after California. I sure hope they reach the east coast, it would be such a shame to never reach the whole country!
The onion rings remind me of this Sonic 2 rom hack called Sonic XL where Sonic eats onion rings and gets so fat, he eventually moves slow like a turtle.
"The cafe had Sonic Super Stars playing but that game's kinda mid so we went to a nearby arcade instead" is one of the best lines spoken this year xDDDDDD
Would be neat for a Sonic Speed Cafe to happen in the bigger cities in the US, like Chicago, NYC, Dallas, Miami, Las Vegas, etc.
Yeah... Pretty strange which cities they pick. I don't know which Texas area it's in right now
Katy, TX

Hey i live next to the shoppes i love lost levels
I interviewed the owner for a different video. Super cool guy! Love their "all you can play" system for arcades!

I would love to visit this cafe, it looks amazing! But sadly im all the way down in Texas so I'd have to go visit it one day.
Actually it's heading to Texas next! I know it's a huge state but the dream might be alive 🫡

@@ScoutmasterTravels I'm from portugal, smal country but everyone had sega consoles in the 90s so it would be pretty cool.
@@diogodifrente4283 Yes definitely!! It would be amazing for them to visit 🫡
People hate egg salad??
Egg salad is fine.... But I'll take my eggs ANY other way first 🥚
Who are the people posting this?
Do you mean me, Sylvia?
That chili dog looks a bit too close to his armpit for comfort.
I'm like a cartoon character: that's the best place to magically store your chili dogs!!!
