@Helena Acevedo There are perks to growing up in a small town but I kind of hate it. Words spreads too fast, there is a lot of drama, no industry, and you don't have many options for friends. For example I'm a drummer and guitarist, but there are literally two other people in the school that can play anything (other than in the school band) and we don't like the same music

I'm sure y'all will never see this but i just wanted to comment and let you guys know this video single handedly changed my perspective on what it means to live a fulfilling life. I watched this when it was first posted and think about it weekly, especially the clip with the teacher who moved away and came back because she realized she could make a much greater impact in a small community. I grew up in a smaller town and never felt like I fit in, so I moved away to the city never expecting to look back. Now I've been here for a decade and a lot of my time is spent feeling like a cog in the machine and reminiscing on the place I came from.
This video and its concept as a whole is so incrediblely beautiful and human and I really feel grateful to have been witness to it.
So thank you so much. And if my family and I ever get to follow our dreams and move out to a little farm in the middle of nowhere I will continue to think of this video and be thankful for it ❤

This is a great video. It totally made me want to move to a small town where everyone knows everyone. They all seems super happy and nice and their community is wonderful. My boyfriend and I are now wondering where we will go after he is done with college, and now we know to not only think of the big flashy cities, but of all the small towns in between. We both want to build a community, and your message at the end has further inspired us to do so. Perhaps one day we will find a small town like this, but regardless of where we go, we have decided to make it an adventure as you guys do!

It was so sweet how that reporter came up to them. Just imagine, that he went to his favorite place to grab breakfeast and heard about 'three kind young men asking around about starting a party' and he was like, 'Well that's a story!' and quickly got into his car looking for them.
The way he approaches them is so sweet. Bless this town, feels like radiator springs from Cars.

The nicest thing is you brought everyone together for a free feed and some time together. Being in a town like this can be very isolating but you've brought all ages together and it's really wonderful. They'll be talking about you boys for years to come.
