funny, just randomly watched this tonight LOL, which I did not know was actually eurovision night... then randomly checked msm news and it was actually eurovision night, and no doubt the ukranians won because their song was really good and for no other reason eh!
It was actually Peter Serafinowicz (that's what the credits said) but he does do a damn good impression of Terry Wogan (I was fooled the first time I watched it)

The intro and credits music was done with a Casio CTK keyboard, I didn't know John Shuttleworth AK Graham Fellows also had a Casio CTK keyboard.
He's obviously using a Yamaha power adapter though.

Not keen on television using real people, manning phones, in its material. Folks who think that's funny aint never had to do jobs like that.
I'm pretty sure they would have been informed about it prior to it, or they have a script or it's an actor. The BBC wouldn't do something like that
