If you're in Hyderabad, India, Pariwar's Have More shop serves a one of a kind Hyderabadi Haleem. The dish is made by placing pots on hot coals and stirring semolina, ghee, and mutton broth over the heat. The Haleem is then pounded with a meat mallet until it's completely mashed. It's a labor-intensive process that takes about 10 hours to make. The dish is served with fried onions, coriander, almonds, and a boiled egg in the center.
