Ma’am I do explain similarly when my child gets hurt or thirsty . Howvever he gets stuck only with his needs . If he eats something spicy he surely asks for water but till date(8years) he never seeks for medicine or even shows if he has got hurt physically. Its very painfull so see him hurt and bearing it without expressing. Please help
Interoception takes time and requires a lot of consistency and patience. its important to work on vestibular and proprioceptive systems too. That's because proprioception and interoception develop together.
