Dammit boy, that bad boy was psinning at least at 4k-4.5k rpm! She was screamin! I have a full bolt on 300 with long tubes and a dual carb intake. She only sounds like that when i have her up at 4k rpm...sounds like shes gonna come apart lol!! Hell yeah!
I have two f 150's an 85 and 96 both 4x4 with 300 6's the 85 is normally aspirated and the 96 is MAF FI - both are great all around trucks. I will never sell them - both have amazing low end torque and the nick name for 300's is a well deserved stump pullers.
redneck400m use a 240 head to boost up the compression, add a 390 cfm Holley 4 barrel on an offenhauser intake, and a header. Would pick up around 80hp and even more torque.
Gasser V8's and Diesels are cool, but let's give strait six engines some love too. These things are pretty badass, and actually sound it too, imo.
Humble yet mighty straight 6!
👍 tough old engines. They would pull. Definitely stronger than 302 or 305.

Amen
A diesel with sparkplugs.
Yeah!! A little inline 6 action
bore it a bit and you can use 390 pistons
That’s not a 94 Ford 80-86
I think he meant to say 84
To get even more specific it's an 82-86 because it has for on the grille not on the hood
Almost sounds like a 2 stroke detroit 😂
Completely unfazed lol
What cam is in that? Wow!!
I want to build a 300 I6 to truck pulls like with a turbo on E85
Inline sixes. The piston weight is used better in em than a v8. We just got good saving space with v8s.
