I have the 2011 gator tail. I have the rebuild kit and was wondering if any of the bearings in the kit will need to be packed by me or if they come packed already
at 11 minutes, you show 4 seals but when he's rebuilding, he only shows seating 3 seals, 2 in the cup bearing (springs facing each other) and the other where the main bearing is... where is the 4th seal at the 11th minute mark? im curious
@@Quackk_Addict Take the inner seal/inner snap ring (the smallest of 3 snap rings) and throw them in the trash. They are not used anymore. Rebuild without them.
@@jGator- how come you guys are ridding them away? how do you know when it's time to rebuild? I grease mine like you're supposed to and sometimes I only see like 2-4 drops of water come out but the rest is all grease

@@GatorTailMudmotors the video is only shows the location or the inner seal but not the removal and replacement of it. Unless I missed it as well
