Look, one thing this game did AMAZINGLY is just how accurate they were able to translate Shibuya into the game. Obviously they had to change some locations due to a variety of reasons, but it’s nearly 1-1 translation, and seeing that on a home console shows just how accurate some of the open worlds can get in games, and the possibilities of that are truly impressive
Shibuya roll-call
I hope the studio gets to make a sequel and polish up some of the rougher edges. Especially all those collectables, yeesh
Would love to see a sequel
Nah, this game was a "Collect Spirits Simulator". Not worth getting a sequel 😴

There can only be one parade every 15-20 min, I believe, but you can summon them via the shrine coin box thanks to the free dlc, you just have to select the option to see a parade and then move to a spawning point.
Brilliant game, and I also worked through it over some nights over a couple weeks for the 100%, such a great game, atmosphere and voice acting.
Listening to audiobooks helps me a lot when doing grindy platinums, for this one I burned through the first four books in the David Hunter series (about 35-40 hours in total) and the first half of Best Served Cold (about 12 hours). The grind was real.
I know it didn’t really blow up but I hope it did well enough for a sequel or even some other adaptation. I loved this game and the story/world building was beautiful. Plus seeing people say that they actually did a really good job of accurately recreating the city in game makes it even more impressive.
This game was in my playlist since I did the playstation extra subscription, and your video really gave me the input to try it out.
Very funny, since I'm a completionist with OCD issues and with a stressful job that dries my days, I just got struck in Chapter 5 and spending the best part of my four evening free hours before going to sleep to chase the collectibles, it's an hellish job to do but I made a commitment to 100% it and I won't quit because this game just looks great (despite what I heard about this game being not good) and I'm not bored doing it, in the true sense of the term, there's always something to catch anytime I look around, being a soul, a relic or a side mission
Thank you for the amazing platinum review.
The only trophy that gave me trouble was the one where you had to pull the RNG thingy given it's a 1 percent chance to occur. Collectibles weren't horrible since I had the deluxe edition and didn't have to 100% every district but I did that for some/most of them.
Ahh the Daikyo Omikuji, how I don’t miss spending nearly an hour trying to get it!
Only an hour? It took me longer than that to get it and I kept reloading my save until I got it. I didn't think I'd like Ghostwire Tokyo, but I ended up enjoying it a lot. @@WatsonKHD
I have the deluxe edition, what difference does it make to the platinum trophy?
Man i was so hyped for this game, just didn't pick it up when it got released. This really looks good, i might just pick it up soon and play it myslef. Thanks for the reminder lol
I was exactly the same but now after revisiting it I can confidently say It’s 100% worth at least experiencing even if you don’t go for the platinum
@@WatsonKHD Awesome mate, thanks for playing and letting me know! Gonna pick it up next sale!
@@ZyyberIf you have a PlayStation 5 you can play it for free on there PS plus
This game have some sick hand-sign movement and. I love it.
Don’t believe I’ve seen animations like it in another game, at least outside of cutscenes
Dualsense experience with this game was so refreshing
Hell yeah dude I already got the platinum trophy of this game with the dlc is amazing and tricky
Nice one man! I have done the story side of the DLC just need to actually complete the new game mode
Honestly the platinum really wasn’t that bad
Where can find the thing that showed you the difficulty and the hours you need for the platinum?
You should try skul the hero killer or pathless plat
Uh, I did it, too.
was really funny until it got to the collection part..
I had to check every shopkeeper like 12 times...
But the hardest part was the spirits in the subway.
Where is the link to the map you mentioned?
I also have a similar story with GWT where I played it for a while, was absolutely into the game and I got to the 4th chapter I believe (where you have to fix the bike) and some stuff happened that made me not have the time to play games at all and now I started playing GWT again a few days ago (just going through city collecting spirits and doing side quests, not touching the main mission) and now your video pops when I look for stuff about the game it's like fate 😅
Damn I completely forgot about that! Shall sort that out now! Here’s the link for you to use man: mapgenie.io/ghostwire-tokyo
Good luck on the grind though mate! It’ll be worth it in the end!
@@WatsonKHD I thought I just missed it 😅
Thanks man!
Amazing game! Personally, I thought the story was really short, but overall, I enjoyed it. I loved taking out the specters, and I loved the enemie designs. Collecting the collectibles and spirits was boring asf! The bow and arrow were trash as well! I'm really glad Tango didn't make this game TEW3, and I loved the nods to TEW franchise. Hopefully, we will get a sequel to this and get a sequel to TEW2 as well.
I actually told my friends if you're gonna buy this game, think twice about getting the platinum because getting every collectible was such a damn drag lol
i dont think picking the hardest difficulty was a good idea it kinda threw me off the game maybe i should give it another try 😂
bruh i’m like on chapter 3 have had in in japanese this whole time lol
You haven't finished the game until you do the DLC.
The collectibles aren't that hard, it's just plain tedious to scavenger hunt around the area.
i love this game as specially when i play in japan voice language its look like playing a anime character
Phenomenal game. Never played it through in Japanese but can imagine it being an absolute treat
how did you get all spirits
Honestly mate, literally by doing everything. You have to complete all main and side quests for the spirits rewarded from those, save spirits from containment cubes until you reach max amount of spirits earned from it. Clear corruption for those spirits, get all the spirits underground, get all the spirits from the Demon parades and find all of the spirits just in the open.
If you’re having trouble finding spirits left in the open world use your pulse ability to scan the environment and a blue line will lead you to the closest one.
i loved the game but the platinum consumed me
first
Yeah this was a good game love the story but they went overkill on the collectibles with this game
Definitely didn’t need to be as many as there were 😂
I do not agree. You get the Platinum for less than 30 hours. Compared to many other titles, this is nothing.
Worse than Alan Wake?
Shite game tbh
