Motorcycle Clubs have rules and protocols that they follow, and they take it seriously. You violate you will get your but kicked at a biker bar or biker clubhouse. We talk about a bouncer who has to enforce no colors allowed policies to outlaw motorcycle clubs. Definitely a long day at the office but why are these policies put in place sose the ghost demons row owner explains. motorcycle club colors are earned and not taken off easily.

i was a bouncer at a strip club that was considered neutral ground. No cuts or colors allowed. it was a place to chill out and had some areas where business could be done without the threat of violence. it was kinda cool to see homies from different clubs and sets chilling in the same space with no violence or tempers. i mean there was bewbs, and nobody can be angry around bewbs

Been through the same back in the day working in a club as a bouncer. I handled it differently, I went to the President of the club, talked to him about what the bar was doing about the MC clubs. All the bars wanted to do it but the bar I worked at was the first. The President understood, gave me his personal phone number. Had one member tell me he wasn't taking his cut off. I showed him the phone number he said F### that number. I said I'll Dial the number, gave him the phone, he took his colors off. No fight, no disrespect, just people understanding things are changing. Kinda wish things would go back to the old school days, seems like people respected people back then. Not going to mention the MC club, I was a black dude in a white bar. Give respect, you'll get respect.

What I like about you is you see both sides of the story…your not one sided..you take a step back weigh the situation and come to a compromise that helps both sides..need more dudes like you to give the info we need to know about being a biker..whether 1% or 99 or just a rider.. we need the education so we stay out of a bad situation..

Worked at bars that were no colors and worked at bars that allowed colors. There's no good option tbh. No colors means some people get angry and take it personally, having colors leads to inevitable nonsense. I was doing this while being a patched member for a club, most people respected it. It is what it is. Twin Peaks in Texas after Waco we colors aren't tolerated at all and I get it

Grew up in the 70s and 80s. Had 1% in my family not my father but close enough they were always around and we were always around them. The no colors bars is there for 1 major reason at least back when I was around the lifestyle things change so who knows today. Its to keep any MC from turning that bar into their unofficial club house. Seen that happen many times. bar owner lets the 1% in with their cuts and before that bar owner knows it its now their bar. Bar owner has to cut them into his business profits, determining rules of the joint and just taking over. With that sign up most MCs will just keep riding and not give them their business which is actually what the bar owner wants.

MC dynamics differ state to state, city to city.
How things are handled on the left coast will be completely different on the east coast, as long as MC's follow protocol and respectfully make their intentions known to the dominant Area MC everything is cool.
In the city i live in there is a brotherhood across patches where everyone gets along with one another.
and because of the affiliation bars and night clubs accept Kutts.
it is when an outsider 1% MC wants to ride in flexing their muscle is when things turn sour,
      unfortunately it happens.
I thought I would never see the largest red and white in the largest black and white territory and visa versa but times are changing from when I was a patched 1%MC member
if you give respect respect is returned.

    # GHOSTIN - nada but love SOSE.. been a minute since I could chime in but hey it is what it is. Glad to see you still up and makin it. Been in a few bars up North even with this on the door. It’s funny how some think it’s still the 40’s and 50’s and that the sign pertains to people in general. Like you said it’s to keep the overall peace of the establishment. At the end of the day while yes support and to show love is a priority we all just tryin to make some money and go home to what’s really important. The owner regardless of anyone else is tryin to do the same thing. Stay Up Big Homie look for more shoes as they come.

I grew up in a family bar that I ended up owning, we had a sign that said no color’s. I can remember back when I was a kid and bikers busting up the place because two diff clubs would show up and it would go down. I was 7 yrs old standing next to my father when one of the biggest clubs showed up and had a problem with the sign. I got pushed inside but found my way back out again. Once my father explained the situation to the man in front he shook my dads hand and they left like gentleman. I’m not knocking any of you Iv got mad respect for all you , just saying sometimes there’s a reason for it.

Last time I was at a strip club around 50 Bandidos showed up. Zero issues at all, they were all chill and tipped the dancers and bar staff well. One thing I noticed on the way out is how many layers of guards they used. The had 2-3 hanging out at the door, 2-3 hanging out with the bikes, 2-3 hanging out at the entrance to the parking lot, and another 2-3 at the intersection just before the club. There was no chance they were getting caught off guard if another club showed up.

I used to be a bouncer at a big bar in town that was a regular hangout for a big MC here in New Jersey. Got along with all the guys and never had anything bad to say about them. Great dudes and very respectful and had my back on several occasions and I had theirs many times when people would start something with. Worked their Up Day ( When your bike has to be up and running by a certain day every year, like May or June) and it was the easiest money I've ever made. Recently I went to work at a different bar in town that has a strict No Colors policy. When i saw some of the guys I knew from working at the old bar I got some shit and made fun of a bit for moving to a different bar but they all understood and every once in awhile I see one or two of them come in with their families for dinner or lunch and its nice to see them and I always cut them some slack because they always have something on them (Necklace or ring etc...) but its nice to see them and I always make it a point to say hi to them when I am out and about.

We see these signs in Vegas fairly often. As a general rule of thumb anyone who does not allow colors or weapons don't get my group's money but on occasion, like you said, there are certain situations where exceptions are made. My group has no patches, but there are lots of places who just don't like people who ride motorcycles.
I also bounced at a couple of strip clubs and we did the same thing there, but as long as they did remove their colors everyone was happy to serve them.

42 Years ago, I was 19 and working construction and some nights working with my friend at a biker bar You could buy beer at 18 then. The alcohol law changed when I was 21. They just sold draft and bottled beer and wine. He had a Harley, all I had were dirt bikes then. They had the best local bands come in and play on the weekends. No colors were allowed. There were only two bouncers. Tiny (RIP) and Big John(RIP). I only remember a couple of times the no colors rule had to be enforced. There's not many of us left from that crowd. There was some illegal activity going on, and they lost their liquor license a couple of years later. The largest crowds they had was when the Roadducks or Switchblade played. The Ducks used to play there several times a month. I don't see that happening now. 1%ers riding up to the bar and removing their cuts. But they did then. It was a different world then. Sometimes they would put them in a vehicle. And it was a prospects job to guard them.

Hey man I've got a couple buddies I've known my entire life and they are both in a club and I met up with them at a couple bars to show an out of towner a cool night! Anyways they had to put their cuts/stuff in my truck and they folded rolled them up a special way before laying them in my back seat. They've called me to do this numerous times so I always bring my truck and trailer to make sure everyone that leaves the clubhouse with me RETURNS. Is this something most clubs do or is it specific to this club? I dig the vid bro and its cool to hear some of the cultural things about the inside of a club that my friends can't really discuss with me and I respect that!

I’ve got a friend that has a bar and they allowed patches in the bar in the past. All of the sudden, the Pagans,Hells Angles, and the Outlaws started hanging out there. This is Outlaws territory where the bar is located, then the Pagans set up shop, then HA came back to town after a few years absence. Well the mostly peaceful bar and grill became a shit show. I warned him what would happen, and it did. Now NO COLORS. on the door. It’s too bad

Sometimes people really annoy me. If someone is doing a charity run why get ticked off because they have a no colors rule? They are doing something good for a wide variety of strangers in their community. It tends to be all ego talking I think at times. If a particular club is doing a similar run then no bitch because they are wearing their colors.
I sure wish people walking into businesses would realize the person on the floor, behind the register does not make store policy and their paycheck is dependent on them enforcing store policy. I think they feel because the clerk does not own the store if they are harassed enough then they will just ignore the policy and let the customer have their way. Maybe that happens a lot too, but when I was behind the counter they got a shock. I respected my boss for giving me a job and trusting me with their business. I did my best not to let them down.
Most enjoyable video and you are a man of some very good thinking. God Bless!

I have seen a lot more support for kids, Veterans, etc from the OMGs than I ever have from LEOs. Hell, a while back a local cop got run down and crippled up by a meth-head. This particular cop had a rep for being a straight shooter, a stand up dude (yes, unicorns do exists). Did the LEO community do anything for him? Not really, but the biker community, INCLUDING THE OMGs, raised a bunch of $$$ to help him and his family. My other job is that I run a security company here in Virginia, and I hate that rule about no colors. Almost every bar here in Virginia has that rule, but the reason is because the state government has decided to impose that rule. There's a state government agency called the alcohol beverage control agency, abc.
ABC's the one who controls the licenses for bars and restaurants to serve alcohol, and they have decided that if you allow cuts or colors or gang bandanas or similar clothing, that the bar can be fined up to $2,500 per violation per day.

And it also puts the bar owners and employees, and my security officers, and a tough situation. They have to tell these and see members who've done nothing wrong, that they can't wrap their club in this bar, and often MC members see it as the security officer trying to flex on them or having an attitude etc.
