im oldschool so i got lot of g shocks.. ive collected all mudman/mudmasters and i got no idea bout smartwatches and i think it was silly before because of the looks of it.. but when i saw this Trex/TrexPro it reminds me of gshocks so i bought 1 recently.. i was thinking trex green but settled for grey pro which was a few bucks more.. happy with it though.. i just like the ruggedness and looks and still doesnt know how to operate the features..🤣 hope it can take a daily beating like gshocks..
I have this watch. The watch is great. Very easy to control. Great battery. It has a very accurate gps. It is of excellent quality even though it is made of plastic. All functions perform their part of the task well. You can't get more and better for this money. The watch also has a two-year warranty.
I have t-rex one and I would recommend it for everything except software where it all falls below, thing just had countless issues with zepp app update which broke either sleeping algorithm or watch itself to the point it was turning off itself or miscalculation .. as I've bought another amazfit product ( smart weight ) it's the same exact issue .. watch itself as a hardware is good, very basic, but gets jobs down, precision is around apple watch territory, battery life awesome, standy battery months when turned off, but that zepp app bro..
@@TechMishka I've had pocophone F1 and now I have iPhone 12 pro max , and it's same story basically as all my problems was fixed and then new ones appeared just with zepp updates , also I'm having amazfit smart scale and it's same exact thing , it's not really reliable with 2% body fat jumping between measures

Can you tell us about the notification system in the watch? Accented characters, canned reply, full text or only first few words, app icons, emojis, notification history, dismiss on phone, etc. Thanks!
There are some samples about notifications by the end of the video. |You can see full messages if they don't go beyond 100 characters. You can have a queue of up to 10, at least that's how many I've tried. Only reading and dismissing, no option to respond.

You went over too quickly on the buttons for me. Precisely on the point of how a runner actually uses a watch, there's no time to fibble with the touch screen. Can I Start/ Lap/ Pause / Save / Stop an activity and a timer by using only the buttons?

There are a lot of friends that bought a T-Rex just because they look like a GShock and end up very happy with it.

Do you have a Samsung phone? I can notice that Amazfit devices don't like Samsung phones much.

Haven't tried the Realme Watch S Pro myself. The T-Res Pro has something special about the feeling.
