I had seven siblings, mom and dad Never had a Favourite child…we were, each of us, a favoured child, to them! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ We were very different in our natures traits, personalities, strengths, and yes, weaknesses😮and lovingly encouraged to work on those areas 😊, but we were SO loved…we were Family… Five of my precious siblings are now with Jesus in Heaven! Every day is a precious gift of Life from Almighty God… And so we chose to cherish each other…❤

And your frosting looked just fabulous. Do you have a recipe for how you make your topping for that cake? I have never tasted Moose meat and am wondering how it tastes?

For the icing, I only warmed up about a cup of cream, and then I melted a cup of chocolate chips into it.
Sometimes I add a pinch of salt and vanilla.
I let it cool off and that helps it thicken a little.
Everything always seems so calm and inviting in your home. The meal and prep was “inspirational “! I am not familiar with all the ins and outs of sourdough starter. I noticed your starter jar was sitting on your oven cooktop. Does it need to be kept in a warm spot always or just on the counter or refrigerated? I’d love to learn from your expertise. Thanks for all the wonderful teaching you do.
I set it where it’s really warm by the stove if I want it to activate fast. But usually I just have it sitting on the countertop.
If I am not using it for a couple days, I will put it in the fridge because that slows down the activation.

No, super easy for me to tell them apart. But sometimes when they’re far off, I have to listen to the sound of their voice and their actions to tell them apart. :-)
