I haven’t missed a episode since you started, and enjoyed every minute of it. Looking forward to the completion of the project. Thank you for sharing.😊😊😊
Always happy to see a other Rebuild Rescue video. Was saying to the Mrs about 30 minutes before hand that I was surprised we hadn't seen one yet and there it was. Also, anyone else notice the little bug at 25:00? Haha
Some major work getting done! It’s amazing how often things get overlooked like those cracks. Good catch on those. You probably saved some major headaches down the road. Nice job!

Loved the luge clip. Seeing those doors close is incredibly satisfying. Been here since the first video, and I'm not going anywhere. Loving this journey. Oh yeah, I still want the Austin Healey. 😉 ☮
AWESOME video Jason!!! It really is coming together fantastically! I LOVE the fact that when you see an issue, no matter what it is, and even when it is causing a delay, you fix it! It would be so easy to say, "Ok that's so small, not a big deal". But, you make sure it is right. That is why this channel and this project is so cool. It is being done right! It ill be so nice to see the new interior come together. I know all of us viewers are so excited seeing it come to fruition. I can only imagine your personal excitement. Stay safe and healthy sir.
Jason, Goodmorning! Thanks for having a fantastic eye and a dedication to safety. Putting the 401 back together. There are no cost when it comes to safety. You could consider becoming a Aircraft Inspector for the FCC. You are great at what you do. God will bless you for that. I wish that I could get my 1997 Audi A6 together before my bucket list expires. Well as you are doing for the 401. Like you, in time I will do it 😊
Every time I watch a video I still remember how that plane looked with the bird poop and mouse poop. Wow what transformation to now. Unbelievable. Always such great videos.
No matter what it has been, from my fathers gyrocopter to my bicycles or mini-bike when I was 8, or rebuilding the family van engine, to motorcycles I had, to Hot rods as well. When I see someone turning wrenches, it's like a magnet to me. I just want to jump in and help. That same Gearhead mentality has kept me watching since the beginning of this channel, and I thank you all for keeping me entertained.

I've just spent the last few nights staying up until past midnight watching from the first video! Needless to say, my daytime functioning is poor at the moment. Looking forward to seeing the project progress.
Awesome work Jason! It's so good to see the gear doors on and working! Really great how you caught the support brackets issues for the tip tanks! Professional work and great attention to detail as always. God bless you, Joe, and all of the crew! Also glad that subscriber is going to be able to make replacements for the heater boxes! Everyone pulling together to make the Phoenix the best 401 in the world!

I remember seeing that first video and thinking “Man… even if he gets this thing running there is NO way the FAA is gonna let that thing in the air. NO way.” You guys have tore that thing apart literally from the ground up. I wish continued success to you and the team. I can’t wait to see it fly but first the abyss of electrical, and that instrument panel. I’m sure it’ll be top notch. That’s the only way to do it.
Yeah I think this plane is shaping up to be even better than when it came out of the factory. Makes me wonder what the process will be like with the FAA when this all over. Everything will be logged and signed off of course, but will they still be required to do tests flights/jump through hoops to get an airworthiness certificate again?
Hey brother great work as usual. I would love to see you fly the 401 all around the world visiting all countries once it is fixed. Keep up the great work and love from Turkey 🇹🇷

I was wondering the same, but then realized that the heat transfer while welding might damage the surrounding materials if the repair were attempted in place. If he had to remove the parts anyway in order to weld the cracks, it would be easier to just replace them.

Hi Jason. Replacing those wingtip mounts looks virtually impossible! Although you talk about it being a lot of work, you seem to take it in your stride! I guess it's this thinking which - may - lead to the ultimate success of this project! Good luck...🙏
She's coming along nicely... Figure if those guys are able to build some new heater vent assemblies... Can probably get them some more customers as they are no long attainable elsewhere...
It's just amazing how complex these machines are. How many design teams and drawings had to be made, all on paper with slide rules, to design and build the complete machine.

SOOO SOOO AMAZING, what you guys are doing and what your signed up to de going forward. please sneak us some future plans once your done, thank you for teaching and sharing.
Welcome back to rebuild rescue. Dont worry Jason i got you brother
Congrats on keeping these videos fun to watch, even so far into the project! Nice detail, good progress & content amount. Good vibe! Thanks !!
Well shot! Those are some good low angles,& perspective.
You guys are doing Awesome job, I really look forward to watching the progress each week..
I'm finally all caught up in this series! Yay! I noticed that in the playlist it says "4 unavailable videos are hidden". I felt like there's been an episode or two that I'm missing when watching these videos from one to another. Were some episodes pulled?
Really cool to see the dedication and care put into this. The engines and a ton of other things are going to be dirty after the first flight, but you make it perfect. Really cool
Getting things to actually work according to spec is huge! It's been a long time coming, but the Phoenix is finally starting to come back to life.
I love this series, I’ve been watching and donating and supporting it from the first episode. Thank you guys for looking forward to this exciting project to get finished. 😎
There are very few UA-cam subscriptions where I actually wait for new episodes. This project is so great and since watching episode 1 and onwards I only get more excited and eager to see this bird coming to life. Keep the great work up guys! Well done!
Making some great progress, can’t be too far from the final paint job. Looking forward to that. Apologies I had some doubts at the project start but they proved unfounded.
Man i'm incredibly happy about how much yall are progressing, can't wait to see that firebird flying again!
That cutaway was hysterical! Good one.
13years in aviation on both fixed wings and choppers. I enjoy watching another technician work on Air planes ❤❤❤. Love your work guys, keep them coming.
Thanks for keeping us in the journey for all your projects especially my favoured 401!
Just wanted to send a quick kudos to video edit - music cuts off to hear the squeak from the gear door rod - 😂
Give that man a raise!!🙌🙏
Arghh did you have to drop a new video right before i go to bed! Geuss im staying up a little longer 😂. Keep up the hard graft been watching from the beginning from Newzealand
😂😂Thank you for your support Brother
Still can't wait to see this bird flying, but with every another video I watch - I see how much stuuf has left to be done with it to be flying again. Anyway, you're all doing an excellent job and can't wait to see the final episode (althou I know I'll be missing the series like hell...)!
Looking forward to seeing it fly. Great work guys.
Thank you for keeping the faith Don!
Sweet job guys - looks like the gear could not be smoother!!
Turned out pretty nice!
Hi Jason. Replacing those wingtip mounts looks virtually impossible! Although you talk about it being a lot of work, you seem to take it in your stride! I guess it's this thinking which - may - lead to the ultimate success of this project! Good luck...🙏
We wouldn't be able to do this without you all keeping the faith here on the channel! Thank you for being apart of the Rescue Family !
