So, I have to cut them out? They don't just come off the backing paper like regular decals?

They do, I don't know why he cut them out so closely. Seems a waste of time.

I’m in the UK and I ordered mine on EBay and they came today. I used Model Hobbies Ltd in Stoke on Trent.
