I am surprised about the extreme low amount of switches between the outside of Göteborg, Lerum and a bit further down Seams to me avoiding blocked tracks or turning around a train is extremely hard Feel like there should be atlest one cross switch or equivalent between stations If the stations doesn't come with switches to Switch sides
Seems to be a rather substantial over-speed at 6:35, given the retardation that follows. Not like j6st being a tiny bit above limit and need to correct. That is a retardation of several tens of kmph. Missed speed limit? Missed distant signal?
Good guesses but neither are correct. In Sweden we have mandatory check of retaradation to ensure that the value entered into the ATP corresponds to the actual retardation. So that braking is intentional and for a predetermined time. The reason for the beeping sound is that to be able to check only the mechanical brakes on that train type you have to bypass the traction limiter during braking and give it just a little power so that it does not use the dynamic (electric) brakes as well.
