Suomi dupe (V1) is nice to have. The only reason you want Ullrid is either: DPS or waifu. If it's DPS reason then you might as well wait since next banner is Makiatto who's a good single target DPS. If you prefer V1 Suomi then go try and get her. Best case scenario would be you getting her dupe. Worst case is you not getting her but at least you'll be guaranteed to get Makiatto when you pull on her banner.
