jedyman intel for all targets start at low. At the start of each week, you can send your recon planes out to change the intel. You can only ever have two planes. If you succeed, then you can change the intel. The places you go does not have to be your mission. You could be getting intel for future missions. They are independent from each other. The rules for recon missions will be near the end in the optional rules section.

I agree. At the 46:25 time why were 10 & 12 not considered as edges hexes?
@@StephenWestrip according to the designer, only hexes 16, 18, 20, 3, 5, 9, 7, and 6 are considered edge hexes.
