Honestly this series is different in my opinion. You go on a hell of a journey in the first three books, you can’t stop reading. You feel like you’ve gone through it with the characters
I’ve read up to dark age, and the easiest way I’ve found to pitch red rising is this: Book 1 is hunger games meets Greek mythology. The series as a whole is Greek mythology meets le miserables meets moon racists
my school’s bookclub decided to read Red Rising last year. After a month at the next meeting, NO ONE, including the librarians, read it. we said we were too busy, etc, and decided to try again. the next meeting, NO ONE read it again. i’ve heard it’s a great book and series but i guess it wasn’t for us lol
The first one is a tad bit more of a drag because it has so much world building to do but I still give it a 7/10 books 2 to 5 are some of the best ever imo

This series has a strangle hold on me, and I’m okay with it.
I've only read up to Morning Star, because it's all my Library has. Though so far I'm here for the face paced story, and the characters!
