You know, I love all of these songs, but I also love The Honeyhive galaxy music. As well as the Toad Brigade music. Those songs are just so catchy, and upbeat!!
My personal favorite is the music is the music you hear when you walk into one of those secret rooms (for defeating enemies, getting a rainbow star or a one-up, or collecting coins or starbits). I'm not saying it's the best piece of music or that it has the best melody. I'm saying that song is the one that makes me think of Super Mario Galaxy as a whole the most. And it gives me the most nostalgia of playing the first time.
i dont know about my top ten, but my top three, with 1 being the one i like best, are #3 gusty gardens, #2 bowsers star reactor (the nostalgia of it), and #1 is space junk
I can not pick witch one is my fav but if I had to pick one Credits wins me over it is the most nostalgic piece of music I can think of and hearing that music after beating my favourite game of all time blu me away and I listened to it for ages when I found a 2hr version on youtube but my favourite mario track of all time and my favourite video game track in general is Mario and luigis bowsers inside story final boss theme if you haven't heard it look it up and see why I love it so much and if you have heard it your probably not surprised why it's my fav

The theme from the quest for the last star: the last 100 violet stars when going for the 242nd star, that theme is the best.
#8 - Into the Galaxy definately deserves a higher spot. It just gives me that adrenaline rush and makes me think "The adventure, starts here!"

Gusty Garden Galaxy and the final bowser boss battle are both my top choices.
The freeze in Freezeflame is my favorite.

Gusty garden is the best piece i've ever heard
It's my opinion but, Bowser's Galaxy Generator won me over out of all the other songs in Super Mario Galaxy.
