- Beautiful and pissed off Anitra Ford sics the cops on Burt Reynolds driving a 1973 Citroën SM flat out through the streets of Savannah! What else could you want from a gritty 70's film? I always thought Paul Crewe was a total douchebag but sometimes they make the best heroes. The original 1975 film "The Longest Yard" is Burt Reynolds' best. Enjoy!

I love when he throws his drink into the backseat
No helicopters or cameras! Those were the days
She was one of the original Barkers beautys on the Price is Right...P.S. Nice Skynyrd.. another Florida original like Burt..🤙🎸🍹😀🍺 R.I.P. ❤️🍺🐊🐊🐊🐊
I thought so.
I first saw the movie i thought to myself that they made a mistake that wasn't a Maserati but Citroën!! Later read it had a Maserati Engine. If Burt had his Trans Am they wouldn't have caught him!!😊
I didn’t know Burt liked French automobiles! This is great stuff!
I wish you had the whole beginning. I saw it a few years ago and was like, OMG!!!
Even nowadays it looks exciting
Great Scene Burt right at his best
If he had a trans am
1:06 Give me the police.
Well, she was acting well within her rights there-she told him not to take her car,he took it,destroyed it out of spite and assaulted one of the cops arresting him.
Way better movie then the remake.
I disagree, the remake is better
@@randycrawford1132 The remake was a comedy. A very predictable comedy. The original was actually a movie with meaning. Rotten Tomatoes and IMDp disagree with you.
You must be like 30 or younger. 😁
Agree with you mate. Hollywood Classics is where it’s at!
Well.. I love the remake

One ugly car.
A beautiful set of gilded dinnerware does nothing to enhance the taste of the meal, except for those too stupid to recognize that fact.
But more attractive (and reliable) than anything ever made in Detroit.
@@MrVideoVagabond ...and Citroën is still in business.
