I am going throughtl it now for 3 almost 4 yrs, the mom is a no good woman, she doesnt call me about my son, she gets child support though and the court took part in giving me the rod, smh...I pray for all the fathers that are being held back from their kid/s, stay strong and keep safe...

Child support is a joke. My husband paid child support, none of the money ever was spent on the child. Then he found out the day after the child’s prom, that she was not even his. The mother and the child waited till she was 18 to have a DNA test with the real dad (of course the mom knew who the dad was all these years. But there is nothing a man can do to get money back in GA, from child support system.

Shawty, I just got finished watching you man and I cried like a baby. I’ve got twin girls and my mama’s a twin. My baby mama lied on me and my daddy and said we touched them just because I wanted them and not her. My sister told me to fall back until they are 18 because she might do something to them and say that I did it. I also didn’t want to become a slave, because when you in jail you are a slave. I was going to hurt my bm and end up in jail. So I understand exactly what you are going thru and that’s why I cried. I felt so cheated and part of me died. My girls are special to me and it hurts so much to get did like that and I feel so helpless because the system is for women and not men. So I’m with you and I love you my brother and stay strong. Like Pac said you got to HOLD YA HEAD. Listen to the lyrics and they will comfort you a lil bit anyway.
This is horrible...save up for a lawyer...preferably a female attorney. Even if you lose, they know you fought for them. God will not let this go unanswered. I'm so sorry brother 😞.
Damn. Per the CDC, our race is the only one whose parental alienation percentage exceeds our general population percentage, that’s abhorrent. Brother, your story, that should be considered a crime and GA’s system violates the constitutional and civil rights of fathers. I definitely wish you the best.

This hit soooo mfn hard 🤝🏾👊🏾 this literally the story of my life, I been fighting for my son and he's sixteen as well.... To the point he's run away from her house multiple times to be with me and she calls the police every time that happens, now mind you my son is a great kid Star football player, bring home decent grades but lately he's been hanging out with the wrong crowd I mean really bad kid, it started staying out too late to not come back to her house at all. At that point I uptained a lawyer and started to get custody for him because in the state I live in the father's are non custodial parents at birth... Make a long story short my son had gone out with those bad ass kids one night and ended up getting shot and as of right now he's locked up being held on a double murder charge fighting for his life that literally haven't even started yet 😞 I feel like I failed as father in so many ways it's crazy y'all this shit is taking me out...
God gives his hardest trials and tribulations to check your faith.. Stay on the path to your son.. It is obvious y'all both going thru it.He definitely needs you now..

She saw him slipping and trying to figure out how to be a man the wrong way and she decided she would focus on her anger then his best interest. That’s on her. She has to reflect on that. And real talk, your son made his school as well. Kid or not. If you expressed your concern, he heard it and made his choice. Now it’s in God’s hands. Man says he is facing double murder and a life sentence. That’s the same man that said Boosie would serve life. God has the final word. Your son just has to lock in and get the message. Learn and focus on what God wants to do with him. It’s between him and God. You can’t put that on your back. As a man, I get it. But also as I man I get it and that’s not fair to take ALL of the responsibility when you were not the decision maker. Think about it. Keep your head up brother and I’m sure many folks will be praying for you and your son. God has you guys.

This goes on in our black community at a all time high. But nobody speaks on it. It has always been one sided. It has always been what the mother say goes just because she carried the child. I know all too well about bringing mines to court getting a lawyer paying thousands of dollars just for some type of rights. All because you told the mother you didn’t want to be with her any longer. Smh. I even tried putting myself on child support. So I know and feel everything shawty said and what he talking about. Them kids grow up hearing nothing but negative things about there father. All the while the father always tried being there always supported but the mother kept the child away. Would not let him get his child. Would not let him visit would not let him talk to the child no form of any communication. Then fuck over his name in the community as if he’s a deadbeat but want ever speak on what she has done. Want ever speak on the role she played in keeping him away smh

My mother kept me away from my father for 32 years. She lied an told me someone else was my father an I only found out because I met my sister by fate by moving to the same town she lived in. After meeting my father I find out that my mother basically stole me from him, moved multiple states away an completely made sure he couldn't contact me. Women are different...

Been through the same thing with my daughter who will be 16bin February.. Can't even try to contact her because the mother will lie to the law just so I can't see her. The law has to be changed. I have a past but haven't been in any trouble in 12 years. Also I paid child support. It's sad that the law works against the male 99% of the time. So I feel you @shawty!

I agree a 100% on that. I feel like the system is stacked against the Man from start to finish. I went to court for child support, mind you I have my kids 5 days out of the 7. They still ruled in her favor and I have to pay her just because. She didn't have to prove any lies nor allegations. My words/testimony, evidence and witness statements fell on deaf ears. Being a father is a blessing but it's being treated as a crime.

I was before and still am in my son life as much as I can I bought the biggest gifts, best gifts, anything he wants to have or eat me his Dad got him since 2-13...but not spoiling but I appreciate my son he so respectful, plays ball, sense of humor, too intelligent Im investing all in him bc he's my only child....none of that matters to the child they just want to be loved and listened too maybe vbucks....But I pay child support and that fight right there is a emotional, prideful, disrespectful game to play it will make you want to give up so quick, and why is the female doing this bc she just wants to see the father hurt it's a form of child weaponizing, manipulation, and breaking down the family structure it hits the blacks hardest bc we love so hard...but I seen men from all races go.through this and it's painful
