Adore TirTir red, the only foundation I’ve ever used that manages not to look greasy, somehow doesn’t sink into my lines and yet it sets down without powder, which I utterly hate on my skin.
Also as someone with a very warm but very pale complexion K beauty manages to shade match me in a way that western makeup consistently fails to do. Absolutely lives up to the hype! Utter witchcraft 🖤

I just bought and used my Tirtir (the red one) and as someone with combo skin; a little bit of it goes SO far! I’m very makeup illiterate (lol) and it works so well for me! I got compliments all day long at the renaissance faire and I didn’t sweat through it! ❤❤

I've fallen in love with my unleashia (satin) cushion foundation after watching the last cushion video, the only thing is that that one has a trash shade range and is hard to recommend to people who aren't super light, but I love that that one has a little pump, so it's a little more sanitary feeling. I bought a sampler of the tirtir foundations to find a good match because I'm curious about that one, but i am happy with my unleashia since I was lucky enough to have a match. I think I heard somewhere that a lot of brands struggle to get out a good shade range like tirtir's because they tend to have SPF, which needs to be regulated as a drug in a lot of markets like in the US, so tirtir must have had it's eyes on larger markets for years.

My only prob with the TirTir (red) is that it doesn't last for more than 3 to 4 hours, then it melts off and looks horrible! I don't have oily skin. I'm actually normal tl dry.
Just fyi, I prob have 40 foundations (all high end except for maybe 2 or 3) and 30 primers (all high end but 1) though I have favorites. So, I'm not like a noob, and know how to use cushions. I've been using them for about 14 years or so. Idk what I'm doing wrong. I use the teeniest amount of powder because I don't want to look cakey or thick, and don't need it. I use on my eyes and t zone.
I really wanted to try it, but it's SO expensive in South Africa, I'm unsure now 🤦♀️
It’s melts of your skin!? It really lasts on me and I find I’m super SUPER oily! By eyes if you mean eyelids, I wouldn’t use any foundation there due to oils etc. as an oily person, have you tried minimal skincare? No primers, just a serum ?

I just tried the Tir Tir red foundation. I used my favorite primer that had worked with the worst foundations. It was horrible. Their lightest shade (which I usually always need in ranges) and it was white face paint. It didn't set nor did it stay on my skin for even an hour. I prefer other cushion foundations from Korea. I used very little as I'd seen people used way too much. I have rosecea and it clung to dry patches on my cheeks. I was wondering what their other two foundations were like.

I tried the red TirTir but found it oxidised too much for it to be wearable for me, the original shade on application was great so I may try it in a lighter shade. But for anyone who has found similar I can recommend the black cushion, I got the same shade and it’s perfect. No oxidisation, easy to apply and get a natural, even look.
Hey Rob just want to thank you for showing people how to use the cushion foundation I actually helped a lady a the store who wasn't sure about makeup and said she had "mature" skin but thanks to watching your videos I was able to recognize she didn't and assured her just cause she was in the late thirties fosent mean her skin is mature considering she had better skin than me and am in my 20s and forget to apply SPF I even showed her how to only use a small dab cause a little goes a long way and how she can just build up on it even helped her get her perfect shade making her aware that the brand does oxidize and darken so a tad lighter would he perfect for her.
P.S. am not a mua or even remotely anything close I just like to watch these videos for research purposes cause I date a drag queen. The lady was a random but beautiful queen I saw in a Asian supermarket and just looked like she needed help so my years of binging your videos was put into use
I'm really starting to have aging skin issues. Ughhh. I know it's natural and completely able to be managed, but I still am having trouble doing so. I now can't go anywhere near mattifying foundations etc. I'm not sure what will help. Satin? Dewy? Is dewy the same as glowy? I have combo to dry-ish skin. Used to be an oily girlie. Pores, fine lines...oh yeah. Makes my head spin. 🥴

I have a wedding outside on Saturday. I need sunscreen under my foundation and I own the red cushion. I am oily in the T Zone. Would you use a matte setting spray on top of the sunscreen before foundation?

I tried the TirTir foundation and unfortunately I was disappointed 😕I think it might be because I got the mini size, because the foundation itself is okay (kinda overhyped imo but it does look nice) but I need to repress the applicator pad thing like 6-7 times just to be able to cover my face, I feel like almost no product transfers onto the pad. I might try it again and get the full size instead to see if that helps but I definitely don't get all the hype surrounding it.
I was just talking with my mom this weekend about different kinds of foundations for different skin types. She has combination skin with deep wrinkles & fine lines, and she wants to try something new for medium coverage. Would the Tirtir foundations be a good option for mature skin, or are there better options to try?
Robert I have a question! By the end of the day my foundation gathers into little dots around my chin area. It’s literally just there, not the rest of my face. People say it’s because the primer is silicone based, while the foundation is water based which is not true. I use the refy matte primer and the Haus labs foundation. I haven’t worn makeup in days because of this 😭 it looks so silly! What do I do??
Id love to try foundations. But the only one ive ever found close enough to pale enough is the mac nc10 powder. My skin veers between dry, oily, and always sensitive and rosacea. Fuuun. Lol

Do you recommend a cushion foundation that has SPF? I just ordered a few from Korean brands with fingers crossed. Seems like a great solution for touch ups + sun protection

I really wanted to like TirTir, but it only worked well for me on bare skin; it just didn't work with my Haru Haru Wonder black rice sunscreen. TirTir is the only foundation that conflicts with it. I'm allergic to most sunscreens so using another one was out of the question.

I have a question that I have asked several mua skincare influencers and haven't got a answer i really hoping you might know. So 3 yrs ago I have had a horrendous problem with foundation ive tried every drugs store to higher end and my foundation is separating badly some worse than others. I have tried setting powders and sprays but this makes it worse because the foundation will still seperate so with powders or spray underneath or over the foundation it's worse than on its own something happened with my skin and it's definitely my skin .I clean brushes and sponges every week I cleansing skin morning and night i use sayscilic acid wash twice a week and i use a moisturiser full of peptide and I use tretanoin at night so I doing everything I can my skin is normal occasionally bitbof oily nose but I would love to know why this is happening to my foundation. I have bad scars from hormonal acne that I have had in the past and foundation was my best friend for covering it as best as possible and now foundation and cc and bb cream will all seperate 😢😢😢😢
