- As every summer, when the Spanish temperatures start to rise, there is one place we head to to cool off- Fonts de l'Algar.
Up in the mountains, not too far from Benidorm & Guadalest, this tranquil place is natural and refreshing.
We visited in July this year, after restrictions had been lifted slightly, and noticed a few measures in place to comply with Spanish rules during the pandemic.
Definitely still worth a visit, even with the restricted access points, facilities and time slots- and still not expensive to get in.

We went within the first few days of it opening. The fish you struggle to see- it was only when we stuck the gopro in the water we realised there were lots of them!

Nice one Helen / Andy looks like some good exercise up to the summit, how high above sea level is the highest part. Looks great, nice job.
