What do you do with your nucs? Do you just use them to split colonies and then move them into larger equipment that same summer or do you overwinter them first?

I missed this presentation in Kelowna, the problem with two tracks, cant see them all. Lifting, yes, I hate lifting. I remember clearly having numerous conversations with you and others in Kelowna around the concept of beekeepers back. Still working on the details, but, before we are pulling filled supers next summer, the truck will have a baby version of that spendy boom you have.

Gerry Rozema hope you don’t mind that I transferred video over
The format your association is using is terrible
So many beekeepers have trouble finding the videos and using that platform. So much so that I’m transferring them over...
Why don’t you guys consider UA-cam?

I'm not involved that that part of the organization, so not sure what the reasons are for using vimeo rather than youtube, probably historical, but I cant say for sure.

Ian, thanks for the videos. A little different topic. I thought I heard you mention the use of the VM Vaporizer. What are your thoughts on its performance compared to the pro vap? Thank you.

What kind of bees do you have?

  • @davidsachs4883

Ten barrels of dead bees. Leaves one wondering how much a barrel of bees weighs. A typical live bee is about 250 to an once, or about 1/9 gram
