can't get the hgrunt to hit me more than 2-3 times to fly over the cliff and get to the pipe, can anyone help please? im on the april 2020 version of black mesa.
BIG UPDATE: in testing to see if there are other ways more than using the hgrunt to gain speed, i found another way but you need to use grenades, mp4 nades and quantum pausing. its a little slower and you need pretty good balance, good health management and good precision to land onto the platform but it is doable and fast! turns out that platform you can't reach you can walk on. you need to do some nade boosting. after boosting on to the platform, boost onto the cliff side and MAKE SURE TO LAND ON THE EDGE OR YOU WILL FALL. follow it and feel free to speed it up with some bhopping or more tau boosting but be careful. soon you will arrive and the pipe and you can go into the pipe. i may make a video showcasing this new cliff route.

update: sometimes i can get him to hit me but not enough times because i die due to him shooting me with a shotgun before hand.
