@@redkite121 In tases they use steam version because it’s actually faster than won, but not for humans. Steam version can go to any fps value, so quad probably used like 100,000 fps to get 100,000 Hp in 1 second
@@redkite121 Re read what i wrote earlier and tell me,is 1 fps = 1 second? The 5 seconds is for 1000 fps per second He must have more fps than his "cl_showfps 1" shows[capped at 999] I bet it's between 2,500 and 10,000 fps he squeezed out of the game
This would probably make a lot more sense if I understood how the fuck the gauss gun works. Sometimes when I'm feeling silly I like to imaging that what with Gman timeline and dimensional shenanigans, there's an universe out there where Gordon really is TAS-controlled Gordon, and moves so fast and accurately he makes time go from morning to night back to morning under twenty minutes as he goes from the Unforeseen consequences to On a rail to Surface tension bunny and grenade and gauss jumping faster than 1ms reaction time AI soldiers can follow, bonking NPCs with props and grenades to make them go faster, and occasionally committing grievous friendly fire because it was 1 second faster than waiting.
Wow, so many little things in this segment to appreciate at a slower timescale. So impressive. I have a guess as to how much damage you'll be taking throughout the rest of the run ;)

I always liked how in the speedrun it seemed like quazadrid was free in surface tension because of how much space there is.
