Took my phantom 3 last year and checked out the rules for flying drones in Spain......Similar to U.K. But also no flying at night. No flying over urban areas. No higher than 120meters. Keep in sight. No flying around the dunes in maspalomas. (Shame). If your in Tenerife then they, you dont allow flying near mount telde

Not sure about that. have not seen any signs which would not allow drone flights, but maybe where is some general rules which describes use of drone.
