It’s called flicking
He does it all the time in streams, just playing around flicking. Probably impossible on controller, but easy with mouse. Just practice it sometimes when you kill bots, look away, flick to kill. It's really useful when you change your sensitivity, helps you get used to the faster reaction.
9:33 and 9:37 is also a bit sketchy. Jumping out of a vechicle in a prone position ”flicking” a sniper shot on the running player. And immediately after downing that enemy he turns 180 and lands a good +50m shot on the enemy player ontop of the tower.
It is questionable no doubt I had to go back. It ain’t no glitch

I rewatched what your talking about and have 0 idea what you mean. He approached a typical spawn / rush location. He looked at the top of the building to check for players then noticed the bot was aggro'd, wasn't even looking at the dude until he appeared on the screen and then missed 14 shots. Being aware of surroundings has nothing to do with a shot snapping to a player at the top of a building that you didn’t know was there. He didn’t even snap to look up, he snapped to the player.
You also have the guy near the water. He left his toggle on too long and snapped half way around toward high rise. And pointed up some.
He is a great player and even good hackers have to make good plays but he is hacking. :/ sad but true

He doesn't use aim assist, or if he does, he toggles it. What my bet is on is walling. His target acquisition through walls, building, and distance is just hard to ignore. He's gotten really good at blending it into his gameplay, but sometimes human nature is our own worst enemy and gives away the gambit, so to speak. Honestly, it's CoD though so I give him a pass, especially because his commentary is hilarious.
