This is amazingly comprehensive, thank you for taking the time to really break it down. If more players followed similar philosophies DMZ would be a lot more fun for the non-hunters, and make it more difficult for the hunters specifically.
Those items you have to drop in order to use either by yourself or an ally. Do note that enemies could also use them. As an additional protip: if you see another equipment you want but have the current one in place, swap or use. 😎
So I have NEVER played any Warzone map or DMZ EVER... I have only ever played Multiplayer I managed to achieve level 450 or what ever the max was for Season 2...but after watching you live and content like this i feel with the experience i have fro MP I could totally kick as... Appreciate you giving a up to date guide on DMZ! I just started playing recently with my friend because we were getting bored of MP and WZ and now we see why DMZ is fun!
New player in DMZ! Awesome video for me and my team, who have just started DMZ! It looked complicated, so we stuck to grinding and mostly quick play. Now I get it and will add more depth to this great game! 😊
When DMZ first dropped I jumped on it without a thought; an over time completed everything. There was no video explainin how to play and when my friend recently wanted to start playin DMZ I found it hard to explain, then I found this video for him. Hands Down The Best Explanation For DMZ!!!!!!!💪🏾🙌🏾wish I seen this when I started💯
You can use a secure backpack to gear up an operator. If you extract with a vest, backpack, killstreak and a self revive all you need to do is switch over to your operator you want geared up and the items will be in your backpack when you infil. All you gotta do then is equip them from your backpack
Wow this guide is great! Thank you!! Randomly started DMZ last night with my bro and had a blast, but no idea what we were doing. Thanks for explaining it all in a simple way.
Only been playing DMZ for less than a month with no warzone experience at all , your vids and info have helped huge , you deserve way more subs , one more sub from me 💪🏻
This is good, haven’t seen this for DMZ, much needed. Keep it up, I’m terrible at this game and quit playing for a while, this makes me want to play again.
This is by far the most helpful most comprehensive guide I've found on DMZ. Thanks so much for making such a helpful and newb friendly guide to playing in the DMZ. Highly recommend.
This was a great guide for beginners. I have not played in a bit and heard there were some changes so I wanted to watch to learn the changes. The only thing you forgot to go over is how to get perks for your exfil streak. You must complete a contract. But I think it is a pretty important feature to mention so hopefully you see this comment.
Great review! Not many people play it because no one understands it. I like hopping in here because (A) it’s not sweaty and (B) it gives me a break from the “skill based matchmaking” and I actually get to enjoy Al mazrah without dying within seconds when I’m in warzone.

Complicated is a understatement lol. I would love to play with someone to just get to know it a little. I die in 5 mins soooooooo frustrating. I'm 47 and just got back into gaming
love your content! very new to COD MW2! I started out on Ashika island working towards my second prestige (80+). I have one major question and that is how do other operators find you and how do you find other operators???
Awesome info. Ive been wanting to do more DMZ but its intimidating. I have to go in solo I dont have many friends that are playing. Its been brutal with the amount of squads I face. Im still trying to unlock my second weapons locker just to tell you how bad it is. Thanks for the info.
what part of this game is best to play on your own to practice? I have been off my xbox for about a year because I had no decent internet speed in order to play. Right now I have cold war and practicing on Nuketown which I love because of the fast respawn.
If you have no keys or gear armories are a good place to loot up. Same with the banks. Think theres 4 on the map and great chance of gpu's too. Building ppl jump from to get into crypro room is a bank. Great vid clap
Great tutorial !! Lots of valuable hints and advice. I'm still looking for a vid that explains, how we can shorten the respawn time for insured słots. Is that permanent once you do that? Do you guys know? 🤔
Thanks for a good video and explanation also can you make a video on backpack and other loot items so how they in real game work coz I m so confused about it
Absolutely excellent video! Thanks for explaining everything so clearly! I just started playing DMZ and I’m loving it so much more than BR! At the 5 minute mark, you started to say what happens to the gear that an operator is holding if you dismiss them from your line up but you got side tracked. So what happens to their stuff? Does it just disappear or is it distributed to your other operators?
I heard you don’t really have to kill other players, you mostly just kill bots? Idk I might be wrong. I’m so bad at multiplayer in COD. I haven’t played MWII yet (don’t worry, I didn’t buy the game lol my sister did and I game share with her 😂) I really want to try this out. I don’t even know how all the guns work and the equipment, etc
Hey man, can you comment on the future of DMZ given the fact that people seem to suggest that this game mode is "dying?" What exactly did Activision do that is making people freak out about this game mode?
question, I just downloaded the free version of warzone, I assume I need to purchase the modern warfare 2 in order to open the content you are playing ?
Hello I just started playing today and I was wondering if someone in the comments here would like to teach my all of my other friends dont play CoD. im only playing for DMZ
Hey Man, My stuff is gone from the backpack after I exfil, it not going into my stash . Played this many time and nothing showed up onside the stash. Any idea?
Experienced player here, but got a question. If you with secured backpack, then do you mean that once I quit game before enemies can take my bag, I will still have it? Cause you said "Secure backpack is saved even if you die", what did you mean by that? Got confused. And a thing I discovered today, maybe a glitch - I would need to try it out once more, but whatever you have in your secure backpack, once you switch to other operators you have set yourself, they will have everything that was in the initial exfilled secured backpack. Today I exfilled one operator secured bag, filled with self-revive, hard drive and gold bar. And chose another operator, the items still showed up in their bag, so the other one had a small bag but in there were the stuff I secured with other operator. I did not know that anad you also did not mention it in this video. Go test it out.
How do you feel about the wallet feature? I’m on the fence. Great when I need to get in and get someone looted back up but also extremely annoying and takes away from some of the game
Nobody ever says what’s the point of DMZ? Like Warzone the point is to be the last team alive and win…what is the point of DMZ to do contracts? Stack money like plunder? Just do the missions?
This is amazingly comprehensive, thank you for taking the time to really break it down. If more players followed similar philosophies DMZ would be a lot more fun for the non-hunters, and make it more difficult for the hunters specifically.
I am so glad you enjoyed!
Indeed I learned quite a lot it's good 32 minutes spent
Those items you have to drop in order to use either by yourself or an ally. Do note that enemies could also use them.
As an additional protip: if you see another equipment you want but have the current one in place, swap or use. 😎

DMZ gets better and better!
Yes, thank you. I had no clue what I was doing. My friend tried to bring me up to speed.

Welcome in!
I’m a 30 years old and I’m new to this stuff. My fear kicks when I see other players and hard armoured bots that they’re more equipped than I 😅
This is good, haven’t seen this for DMZ, much needed. Keep it up, I’m terrible at this game and quit playing for a while, this makes me want to play again.
Keep grinding! I am really enjoying DMZ!

Long time DMZ player, still a great refresher after not playing for a while! Definitely a video I wish I'd watched starting out.
Nice work putting this together. Def great to go over the menus. I remember having a hard time figuring it out in s1.
Thank you! It’s very confusing when you start. I agree.
Thank you so much I’ve barely ever played DMZ and I was so confused since I haven’t played it since the first season
Awesome video thank you! I’m trying to get back into cod but it’s definitely not the same game it was 15 years ago when I played
Was looking for an “updated” DMZ guide since the last and only time I played was season 1. Appreciate this!
I really think this will help new players out. We were all confused at first but with all the changes it’s even more confusing now.
I hope so! Thank you!

Do weapons spawn randomly or are there specific guns at specific locations?
I’m new to Warzone I’ve been doing laying Battlefield 1 though
So was wondering is there a game mode where you have to capture an objective in COD?
Wish you could buy attachments in the menu and attach them out of game so I don't feel rushed
I just wanna get the m13b and I have no idek what I’m doing, never played this before.
I heard you don’t really have to kill other players, you mostly just kill bots? Idk I might be wrong. I’m so bad at multiplayer in COD. I have one question - What are Trophies / Large Golden Coins ?
You mean all I need to do is exit the map on static predefined location knows to everyone one else playing the game, well that sounds easy :)
I'd say I'm a beginner so I'm glad I found this channel
Hey man, can you comment on the future of DMZ given the fact that people seem to suggest that this game mode is "dying?" What exactly did Activision do that is making people freak out about this game mode?

Hello I just started playing today and I was wondering if someone in the comments here would like to teach my all of my other friends dont play CoD. im only playing for DMZ
Thank god for the 2x speed option on youtube videos
Very good sir, that will help a lot of new players, I had to learn it all the hard way as most of us did
Exactly! It is honestly pretty confusing. I’m happy to help start the journey. DMZ is a fun game.
Question what is your least favorite kind of DMZ player
Just a heads up Building 21 is behind the MW2 paywall so you can’t get extra insured pew pews unless
You buy the game.
It’s a bug and has been confirmed. Building 21 is made to be free to play.
@@ElClaptain thanks for the update man.

thx for that guide !
I'm new to DMZ but I'm good on COD.... I don't be knowing what to do so I usually just let someone run point and I offer support....
How do you feel about the wallet feature? I’m on the fence. Great when I need to get in and get someone looted back up but also extremely annoying and takes away from some of the game
where is my loot after i extract? nothing is in my stash and ive gotten tons of good backpacks/vests/weapons/and a ton of cash but i have none of it
There isn't a way to change you back pack unless you have another backpack or is it that you just can't change it at all??
Good guide, but what exactly do I want to loot ? what items, weapons etc.
So similar to the DZ THE DIVISION 2.
Hey bro...how you doing. Where is laswells letter ?
I always thought dmz was like a zombie survival game mode😂
Can u keep other full bagpack with items in secure backpack ?
What’s a good gun close range pvp I loose 4out of 5 aim for the head?
Nobody ever says what’s the point of DMZ? Like Warzone the point is to be the last team alive and win…what is the point of DMZ to do contracts? Stack money like plunder? Just do the missions?
The point is to upgrade your operator to make yourself stronger each run. You do this by completing missions and completing upgrades in the FOB.
I'm level 279 already got the 200 soul coste gun what do I do now?
do we know if active duty skins and weapon skin bundles will transfer into mw3?
