TL CROSS...... is absolutely amazing his Instagram page is my favorite page.
what he does is nothing short of GREAT! Thank you for the support.
he is extremely talented I really enjoy his music & content he is amazing I just peeped him on a promo TV spot celebrating the history of hip hop yesterday.
It’s so much more Cross could’ve confessed about who he’s written for. His humility is crazy. I remember hearing him sing for the 1st time. I had no idea this kid could sing b/c like he said he was known as a rapper & he could spit. Beasting at 11 yrs old he was way b4 his time. Salute to one of The Staff’s finest, TL Cross aka Neva aka Mr Never Ever Verbally Absent!
Exactly 💯 he's definitely got the gift I can see and hear it his music is still getting me through some things.
I'm not surprised at anything tl can do lol you can see he's multi talented the guy is a gem.
I love TL he's such a unique artist he's my best kept secret whenever I need to turn the world off for a second he's the artist I listen to more than anyone now this man says things every man should hear I feel like he's read some of my old diaries sometimes so many of his songs speak on my relationships past and present now that's deep ...
🤣😂I love this shit...That was the line that stuck. "She's a 🐔"
Yes she's a chicken was my favorite part I used to live to sing that line TL does this anyway I have noticed many songs where certain parts get stuck in your head like party 2nite it was the aye aye aye I kept replaying it over and over lol 😆🎶.
I knew it had to be SoulCHILD....dope shit!
Loooove musiq he's definitely dope and there's something about Taalib that actually reminds me of TL in a sense it's a spiritual thing I can feel it lol 😆.
I love how TL Cross spoke to hearing the signature style of the greats and connecting it to Hip Hop; the culture b4 the thing.
he's always going to drop a gem.
I been waiting to check on this for years. TL chiming in on RUN DMC was hella dope. I remember seeing RUN DMC, LL, WHODINI at the L.A. Sports Arena 5/30/1986, (RUN was gangasta), Crips and B-Dogs were fighting eachother throwing their FLAGS on the stage, RUN was throwing them back at 'em, Telling cats he wasn't having that shit. CATS were wilding out and fucking up the show with the bullshit. RUN and D got on the mic screamed on 'EM, JMJ stopped the tables and they shut that shit down. Cats chilled out and they Rocked the 🤬MF House!! It was all❤after that !! Shout out to ICE-T, and Tim Reid 2, they were there in the house!!
That's a great story! Thank you for your support.
TL always seemed wise beyond his years to me I noticed that when he was younger the guy was singing like a grown man he's definitely gifted .
so many favorites by him or features he's done lately it's used to love you by paris cesvette ( zepherin saint mix ) that stays on repeat run to the store with sean robinson pressure by will sully, love iz a hustle , best kept secret, fiend for love and how to make up and last but not least his cover of mary j 's you gotta believe that's the soundtrack of my life in 2023❤.
he's doing a show soon how I wish I could be there ....this man is nothing to play about lol 😆😂.
It's probably Get It on Tonite and yes that song was scandalous but I loved it and I was maybe 16 at the time 😆.
I was 17 singing that song like I really knew something lol 😆😂 .
I really feel like he's written songs that read like my old letters and diaries that I've never revealed to anyone this man has the ladies sitting there like TL you're singing about my life lol 😆😂
6:19 well I can say this is true for some reason most of my favorite rappers are from queens and so are some of my top vocalists.
I was sooo obsessed with that Montell track I was about 17 then.
found this on SoundCloud looking for music by yours truly.
Ooh a different world on the wall I used to love that show....
Ooooh I see that jodeci record back there lol 😆😂 .
This was a dope interview...love conversations like this! Salute!
